I arrived, completed my patient details and was then called for my appointment at the allotted time.
I arrived early but was greeted by friendly staff. The waiting room was lovely and clean with comfortable cgaurs. Drink options available free of charge if required.
Slight issue with directing me to correct appointment having arrived on time for consultation.
