Clean and helpful staff

My experience wasn’t as daunting as I thought it would be he made me feel at ease

The receptionist gave me a form to fill in some people around me didn’t understand some things such as gender orientation. Once that filled in I went and sat outside Mr Bansal office. Very quick turnaround. Once I saw Mr Bansal I went for a number of X-rays. The nurse was patient as some positions I found difficult. Back to Mr Bansal and this is where he showed me the X-ray results. Bone on bone this is when he offered the left knee to be operated on and all the information which will help me recover. From beginning to end of my consultation was very professional.

Mr Bansal reviewed my surgery with me at my appointment The only that could have been better was physio …appointment at Taylor centre was cancelled once and staff were off sick on the 2nd appointment
