Excellent care from a well organised hospital

Absolutely wonderful. I was treated like a princess when I went in for surgery. I had so many nurses and doctors coming in and out my room explaining everything that was going on, preparing me for surgery. insuring me I was in safe hands. Laughing and joking with all the team. I was very relaxed.

Visiting a hospital during the pandemic is stressful but the staff were helpful and every precaution was taken on arrival

On the whole it was acceptable visit. But the Receptionist were lacking in empathy. The area were I sat was not clean and upon visiting the toilet I found there to be no soap. I advised the Receptionist, but she was untroubled by my comment. However, the Mammogram nurse, who was covering, was very pleasant. Regards Amanda

On arrival you feel very secure in their measures during COVID . Receptions friendly. Appointments very good . Any tests which were carried out prior to surgery were done with care and respect at all times . On day of surgery I can not fault a thing form the minute I arrived until I left to go home I was treated with care , respect, friendliness and professionalism form all staff, nurses, doctors and housekeeping . My care was first class . Follow up appointments again all done with professionalism and friendliness. Overall my experience at the Wellesley has been excellent.
