I had a wonderful experience with Prof Miranda. First consultation was more like a friendly chat than a formal discussion, which I liked. I had an abdominoplasty to treat a tethered cesarean scar and abdominal separation. Professor Miranda clearly knew what was going to be the best option for my situation and explained what the procedure would entail. Morning of the surgery I felt nervous, but he breezed into the room with a cheery greeting and immediately put me at ease. I am only 6 weeks post surgery, so I understand the final result won't be seen yet, but I am happy with my new abdomen already. Shed a little tear, after feeling so uncomfortable for 10 years, putting surgery off, thinking the issue was just an unwanted side effect of pregnancy!
