Excellent! I had many concerns about my visit and procedures due to previous surgery. However, Mr Khanna was exceptional, kind and reassuring. I was listened to, felt heard and was given time, clear explanations and options. I was able to withstand some investigation and have a procedure, which was a huge relief, as I was concerned that it would not be possible. I would highly recommend Mr Khanna and wish all doctors were more like him. His patient step by step approach also instilled confidence and was very reassuring for me. I'm very grateful for his time, patience and care. This is one of the best appointments I have ever had. Everyone should experience this level of care, I wish it was the norm. I also appreciated that the friend I attended with was acknowledged and spoken to too. Mr Khanna is definitely a professional who knows how to treat people like people and like they still matter.
