Chase Lodge Hospital

Emergency visit yesterday afternoon. Quoted £99 on telephone. Bill came to £199 plus prescription charges. On enquiry, I was told - POC CRP test which is finger tip test for infection lasting one second, £45, small plaster for wound, £55. Below is invoice: Adult Urgent Care Dr's Consultation 14/03/2026 £99.00 POC CRP 14/03/2026 1 45.00 £45.00 Small Dressing 14/03/2026 1 55.00 £55.00 I said I would pay £99 as quoted. Receptionist said they would sue for the rest. Extortion or what? I would like the owners to reach out with an explanation.

I went to the Urgent Care Centre at Chase Lodge Hospital, Mill Hill London on Saturday Nov. 29th 2025. I was seen immediately by an outstanding Urgent Care MD, Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh. He listened, he checked me thoroughly, ordered the required tests, sent me for Chest-Xray (done on site), while spending the time explaining it all. At the end, he diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia and bilateral conjunctivitis, prescribed the appropriate treatment which was started on-site (pharmacy on site). The following day, a Sunday, he arranged for me a Chest-CT and an appointment with respiratory physician specialist for the following Monday. The whole team, each and everyone, the receptionists, the nurse, the Xray person and the pharmacist were all helpful, efficient and professional. They all played a role in my speedy recovery. I returned to the Centre on Saturday Jan. 17th and was seen again by Dr. Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh on a related issue and again encountered, professionalism, efficiency all with a smile.

We visited on a sunday and waited no more than 10 minutes. The doctor was absolutely incredible with my 2 year old and very thorough. He prescribed the medication and it was made up there and then. What an absolutely fantastic place. Highly recommend.

The staff were first class putting me at ease as soon as I walked through the door . I visited urgent care it was only minutes before I saw the dr he was very friendly and knowledgeable I was treated and on my way home in 30 minutes

I am an Australian who was visiting London recently. I suddenly became very ill and presented myself to the Chase Lodge Hospital, bearing in mind that I am not a member of the NHS System. I called the hospital and was relieved when the receptionist said I could come immediately. I did not wait long, before Dr Pakter examined me and after taking my temperature (+40) and listening to my breathing, decided that I needed urgent attention and called for an IV immediately to reduce my Temperature. I was then examined by Dr Andre who was absolutely amazing. He took wonderful care of me, prescribed me with antibiotics as I had contracted a severe case of Pneumonia. He administered IV Antibiotics and I already started feeling better already after the second day. My after care was exceptional and I am only too glad to have discovered such a wonderful hospital in London with all the caring and friendly staff from the reception and all medical team.

Dr. Jalal was really thorough and kind. He explained everything in a way I could understand and made me feel reassured. I’m really happy with the care I received at the urgent care service – it was quick, professional, and I felt well looked af
