I was very anxious about the procedure but Dr. Kasra Razi help calm me down by being kind and professional. I am in the worse pain I’ve ever experienced in my life now after the procedure is done but I was explained why this is.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the surgeon, anaesthesiologist, and nursing staff who looked after me during my gallbladder operation. The surgeon and anaesthesiologist took the time to explain the procedure to me clearly and always asked if I had any questions or concerns. They were polite, reassuring, and very helpful throughout my experience. The nurse was also very friendly, kind, and supportive, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I feel truly grateful for the care and kindness I received during my time on Avery Ward. Everyone made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for me, and I really appreciate everything they did.
