Mr Shetty approached a serious subject of possible cancer very delicately, but with truth of possibilities of outcome. He co-ordinated with another department to do the operations on the same day, which is rare as far as I know. He was clear in his explanation of what would happen in the operation and possible outcomes, but sensitively. He took my views of my preferred approach and outcome and was mindful during the operation. He did the Robotic operation. He came and saw me following day and explained aftercare in the hospital and after discharge. Follow up appointment was within 3 weeks, and explained the overall outcome very professionally, clear English and the professional body language. The healing from the operation is extremely good.

Staff were very caring and helpful.Thr consultant gave the fullest explanations of the procedure and explained all he was doing. This was a check up visit and I was delighted the operation site had healed up completely. Indeed I had to have pointed out where the scar had been. I considered it had been a 100 per cent successful procedure.
