My experience I would rate as very good. Even went in to my appointment early which good. Thank you.
Appointment on time . Shown xray explained what had been done. Asked about any worries and physio. All explained in polite and easy to understand way. Given 6 month open appointment if any future problems
Mr Bansal actually listens to you and it isnt about getting you into the operating theatre. He has put me on the list for my first knee replacement and also put me down for double knee injections inbetween. When I asked about pain killers he also said he would send a letter to my doctor to suggest a different type. They have me on 10% morphine patches.
