Mr Anwar was always extremely honest and professional. I had ACL surgery and he did such an amazing job on the surgery itself, I can barely see the scar! He explained all the steps very thoroughly so I felt comfortable the whole time.

From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my mother’s condition, listened carefully to her concerns, and explained everything clearly and patiently. His calm and reassuring manner gave both my mother and our family great confidence. The knee replacement surgery was performed exceptionally well, and we have been extremely pleased with her progress. What particularly impressed us was the excellent aftercare and continued attention following the operation. Mr Anwar was incredibly kind and understanding when treating my 87-year-old mum for her very painful hip condition at Blackheath Hospital. He took the time to listen to her concerns and explained her treatment options clearly, which immediately put us at ease. He recommended a hip injection under local anaesthetic and the result has been very good. My mum's pain has reduced and her mobility has improved. We are hopeful that this treatment will delay, or even avoid the need for a hip replacement. We are extremely grateful for the care and expertise Mr Anwar has shown. We have complete confidence in him and would not hesitate to return to him in the future should my mother need any further advice/treatment.

I had an arthroscopy operation on the right knee and since the first appointment with Mr. Rahij Anwar I felt that he was the right person to treat me and I was very lucky through all the treatment, looking forward to operate the left knee.

I recently had a follow-up appointment with my surgeon after knee surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was extremely attentive and took the time to address all my questions thoroughly. He walked me through images from the procedure and even drew diagrams to make everything clearly understandable. He also gave detailed guidance on the next steps in my recovery.

Mr Anwar did a fantastic job on a recent ACL reconstruction. He provided me with all the information I needed, and the scar itself is barely noticeable!
