A lovely calm surgeon who listened to me and was able to make a plan with me not for me. I have compleat confidence in him and how he cared for me.

Good communication and felt that I was treated as an individual

Totally professional, explained each step of the surgery clearly and thoroughly (from initial consultation, to procedure, to post-operative care), outlined risks and options throughout. On the day of surgery, everything felt calm and measured, and I received an update on the procedure from Mr Anwar as soon as awake and later in the day again. Extremely pleased with the entire process and would thoroughly recommend Mr Anwar.

Dr Rahij Anwar made my feel at ease from the moment I walked in through the door at Blackheath Hospital. He was fantastic from the start to finish and guided me through every single step of the operation. I am fortunate to have undergone my ACL reconstruction procedure from a doctor who has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is most importantly he is someone who is genuinely caring and courteous. I am extremely grateful for having my procedure being undertaken by him and will strongly recommend him if you are thinking of having your ACL/MCL knee reconstruction surgery done.
