I could not fault my visit once I was inside the hospital. Every member of staff who I saw were absolutely amazing. But contacting the hospital with the instructions given was absolutely impossible whatever time of the day I tried , which I did for a whole week

I was very well looked after, the whole staff were friendly and reassuring. Each one if the surgical team came and introduced themselves, explaining clearly what their role was in the operation. The nurses were very caring and nothing was too much trouble. Once in recovery, the whole team came back one by one to see how I was doing. The whole experience was way above what I was expecting.
