Mr anwar made me feel totally at ease at all times, I could not have a better surgeon to carry out my knee surgery.

Mr Anwar has given me back my life! Yes I have still a long road to full recovery but in only 4 months and after 2 total knee replacements I am already reaping the benefits. For over 2 years I had excruciating pain and poor mobility due to osteoarthritis and falling and landing on both of my knees on concrete. I struggled to go out alone as needed support, I had to go up the stairs using my hands and feet to limit the bend in my knees and had to come down the stairs sideways. The job I loved to do became very difficult and my performance suffered. At the age of 48 I am/was considered to be too young to have knee replacements but I honestly couldn’t have gone on to live a full life without having both of my knees replaced. I can’t recommend Mr Anwar enough and although this part of my journey with him has now ended I will continue to recommend him to others and become a part of the hospitals forum team.
