Went in for a shoulder replacement which was carried out using the latest Navigation technique. Doctor was amazing, as was the entire team. Very professional yet personal. Due to the new technique the recovery avoided the expected use of a sling a I was able to move my arm and shoulder almost immediately.
Excellent treatment from the surgeon and medical staff, I would recommend this practice to everyone.
Considering this is the very first time I have had an operation I was extremely pleased with the procedure. From start to finish I was given the best care, things were explained fully to my understanding. The difference this operation has made to my everyday life is amazing. I cannot thank the surgeon and staff enough.. follow up call was very much appreciated.

Whole procedure from start to finish was excellent service
This consultant was everything you could hope for in a medical professional. He treated me with respect and extreme consideration. He explained everything patiently and I felt 100% confident undergoing my procedure. The operation was carried out whilst I was awake and I was kept as involved as I wanted to be. I was treated by his team exceptionally well. They were so caring and understanding of my apprehension and quickly put me at ease, reassuring me throughout the entire procedure.
