I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Gupta and the exceptional care I have received under his guidance. Mr Gupta is someone who puts his patients first, not just in terms of clinical expertise, but in every aspect of the care experience. What has truly set Mr Gupta apart is his outstanding willingness to accommodate my working hours. Arranging late appointments for both consultations and procedures is no small thing, it requires flexibility, dedication and a real understanding that patients have lives and commitments outside of their health. Rather than asking me to fit around a rigid schedule, Mr Gupta went out of his way to ensure I could access the care I needed without having to sacrifice my job or take repeated time off work. This level of consideration made an enormous difference and removed so much of the stress that so often comes with navigating healthcare appointments. On top of this, Mr Gupta has managed my prescriptions in a way that has been seamless and proactive. Any concerns or queries have been addressed promptly and I have always felt that my treatment plan was being actively managed and overseen by someone who truly cares about the outcome, never left to me to chase up or figure out alone. The care Mr Gupta provides is thorough and professional. I have never felt rushed, dismissed, or like just another patient on a list. Every appointment has felt personal and considered and Mr Gupta has a wonderful ability to put you at ease even when dealing with what can be stressful and worrying health matters. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Gupta to anyone se...
