As a Doctor myself, I am always on the look out of how colleagues treat me, my family and my patients. Dr Arshad is the best of the best. There is not a single aspect of her care and consultation that I would suggest needs improvement. An outstanding clinician and hugely empathetic doctor. Her care and consideration is of the highest standard. My family member felt immediately comfortable with her and was confident in her opinion and suggestions for management. I would say to anyone looking for excellent care - please consult with Dr Arshad - you will not be disappointed. I wish more doctors were like her! I myself have learnt much about human interaction for my own practice. My family and I will always be grateful to have met Dr Arshad - thank you!

Dr Arshad is amazing. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me. My experience was brilliant from start to finish. The administrative team provided clear communication and regular reminders. I told them that I can’t keep up with lots of demands. There were forms to be completed and I felt totally overwhelmed; she helped me navigate. Right at the start of the appointment, she helped me feel completely at ease. Dr Arshad is highly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. It felt like a good chat and not a formal test of something. She took the time to understand both my childhood complaints and current workplace challenges without ever making me feel rushed. She explained AuDHD in women and for the first time in my life, I felt understood. I highly recommender Arshad to anyone looking for a comprehensive, respectful evaluation.

I was worried about the assessment for my 13 year-old son Dr. Arshad was brilliant with kids, made it feel like a chat not a test. She explained the ADHD diagnosis to me and to my son in age-appropriate ways. Very compassionate and thorough. School report was done quickly .

Dr. Saadia Arshad was exceptional throughout my ADHD and autism assessment. She created such a calm, welcoming environment that I felt genuinely heard and understood from the very beginning. She had taken the time to carefully read my detailed history before our appointment, and during our long conversations she listened attentively and asked thoughtful questions. She was able to put words to experiences I have struggled to explain my entire life and helped me understand that many of the challenges I blamed on my personality or a lack of trying were actually symptoms of ADHD. Receiving that understanding has been life-changing. I would highly recommend Dr. Arshad to anyone seeking a thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable ADHD (or autism) assessment.

I fully support Dr. Saadia Arshad. When I started my journey with her, I was significantly impacted by the debilitating effects of complex PTSD. From our initial session, she created an incredibly safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental atmosphere that allowed me to share my thoughts at my own pace. Her expertise in trauma recovery is evident in all her actions. Rather than offering generic advice, she invested time in understanding my unique experiences, providing me with practical tools and tailored strategies to navigate my trauma. Throughout my healing journey, she has demonstrated remarkable patience, insight, and support, helping me manage difficult emotions and regain a sense of safety and stability. Thanks to her dedication, I have made considerable progress and am grateful for her assistance. If you are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic professional who truly understands complex trauma, Dr. Arshad is exceptional.

I cannot be happier that I found Dr Arshad. She truly is a GodSend! She diagnosed me with ADHD Combined type and had put me on Elvanse. I am due to see her again soon to transfer medicines to GP. She is very experienced and competent. Her mannerism didn’t make me feel that I was talking to her for the first time. She is a wonderful woman. Highly recommended

I recently visited Dr Saadia Arshad to help understand more about my child and how life is different for him, she was incredibly understanding and helpful about the matter. My child had Autism, and he was bright but he was intentionally underperforming in school, Dr Saadia helped me look at it from his point of view and really helped him with the problems he was facing. Ever since the appointment with her in Harley Street I have felt that my connections and experiences with my son have been more positive and have really improved our family health. Please visit Dr Saadia with any problems of the sort, she really is a one of a kind doctor.

As a neurodivergent person dealing with the challenges of both ADHD and Autism, it is uncommon to find a psychiatrist who genuinely understands the intersection of these two experiences. Dr. Saadia created a safe, non-judgmental environment where I felt at ease being my true self. They possess a deep comprehension of how sensory processing and executive dysfunction intersect, and they customized my management plan to accommodate my unique needs instead of attempting to fit me into a conventional mold.
