Adrian Michael Lee is a registered Osteopath and the Founder of Corrective Pain Relief, an independent musculoskeletal clinic in Manchester city centre. With over 10 years of clinical experience, he works with a wide range of patients, from office workers and active individuals to athletes and those experiencing persistent or recurring musculoskeletal pain.
Adrian commonly works with lower back pain and sciatica, neck pain and stiffness, headaches, shoulder pain, sports and training-related injuries, hip and knee problems, tendon-related conditions, postural and work-related discomfort, and jaw and TMJ-related musculoskeletal symptoms.
Each patient begins with a thorough consultation and musculoskeletal assessment to understand their symptoms, movement, lifestyle and goals. Care is then tailored to the individual, combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with rehabilitation, movement and practical advice where appropriate.
Adrian uses a broad range of treatment approaches including osteopathic joint mobilisation and manipulation, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture and dry needling, cupping therapy, Gua Sha/IASTM, kinesiology taping and personalised exercise rehabilitation.
His approach centres around three principles: Flexibility, Strength and Posture & Movement - helping patients improve mobility, build physical resilience and feel more confident returning to work, sport and everyday activities.
Alongside his general musculoskeletal practice, Adrian has experience working with recreational and professional athletes and has provided treatment within elite sporting environments, including as a team therapist for the Canadian Tennis Team during the Davis Cup in Manchester.
Where further investigation or specialist input may be appropriate, Corrective Pain Relief also works alongside a trusted network of Manchester healthcare providers, including diagnostic imaging, injection therapy and other specialist services.

Mr Adrian Lee demonstrates professional and knowledgeable patient interactions, taking time to listen, understand, and explain conditions clearly. He employs various techniques, including osteopathy, cupping, and acupuncture, often providing rehabilitation exercises and advice. Patients report significant improvement in mobility, strength, and overall pain relief for long-standing issues. Patients frequently seek his expertise for lower back pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and stiff neck, along with manipulation osteopathy and postural checks.
I met Adrian last year to treat my hips pain as a result of running that I had for several months. I could feel the result and relief in the first session, and I only had to go back a couple more times to feel completely healed after doing the exercises he prescribed. I've then started seing Adrian again for the past few months to help me with new injuries related to my triathlon training and he's been really helpful! We are doing a mix of therapies such as massage, stretching, cupping and acupuncture, which I really enjoy.

I’m really pleased that we were able to make such a difference to your running-related hip pain, and that combining treatment with the exercises I prescribed helped you get back to feeling pain-free. It’s been great to work with you again as your triathlon training has progressed and to help manage the different injuries and demands that come with running, cycling and swimming. I always try to tailor treatment to what your body needs at the time, whether that involves hands-on osteopathic treatment, stretching, cupping, acupuncture or rehabilitation exercises. Thank you again for your continued trust and recommendation. It’s a pleasure supporting your training, recovery and keeping you doing the sports you enjoy! 🙏💪
I can’t recommend my osteopath enough! From my very first session, he listened carefully to all of my concerns and knew exactly what was causing my pain and what we needed to work on. I could barely move my neck when I first came in, but thanks to his expertise and treatment, my back and neck have improved so much. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. Thank you for getting me moving again!

I’m really pleased to hear how much your neck and back have improved, especially considering how restricted your neck movement was when you first came to see me. Getting you moving comfortably again and seeing that progress throughout your treatment has been incredibly rewarding. I always try to take the time to listen, understand what may be causing the problem and explain what we need to work on, rather than simply focusing on the symptoms. Thank you again for trusting me with your care. Hearing that you feel listened to and genuinely cared for means a great deal. Here’s to keeping you moving and building on all the progress you’ve made!
Adrian has been amazing. His deep understanding of the body coupled with great interpersonal skills makes for a rare combination. He’s helped me hugely with everything from general fitness, flexibility and recovery from surgery. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Thank you so much for such a generous review and recommendation. It genuinely means a lot to hear that you’ve valued both my approach to treatment and the relationship we’ve built along the way. I’ve always believed that understanding the individual as a whole is just as important as understanding the body itself. It’s been a pleasure supporting you across everything from general fitness and flexibility to your rehabilitation and recovery following surgery. Seeing that progress over time and helping you regain confidence in what your body can do is incredibly rewarding. Thank you again for placing your trust in me and for recommending me so highly. I really appreciate your continued support.
I have seen Adrian for some of my triathlon injuries in the past, so when I started getting foot pain when that developed from walking to work I went to see Adrian. I was worried it was achilles tendinitis, but after Adrian examined me he explained that it was plantar fasciitis. He told me that we needed a few treatments and gave me some exercises and stretches to do at home. I’ve seen him for two sessions so far and he predicts we only need one more for it to be fully sorted! Would highly recommend him!

Thank you so much for your continued trust and recommendation. It’s always great to help you with your training injuries, and I’m really pleased you came in to have the foot pain assessed rather than continuing to push through it. Being able to differentiate between conditions such as Achilles tendinopathy and plantar fasciitis is important in making sure the treatment and rehabilitation plan is appropriate. It’s fantastic to see how well you’ve responded after just two sessions. Combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with the right exercises and stretches at home can make a real difference to recovery. Thank you again for trusting me with your care over the years. Hopefully just one more session and we’ll have you back to walking and training pain-free!
Really helped fix the pins and needles that ran through my arm.

Thank you so much for your review. I’m really pleased to hear that the pins and needles travelling through your arm have improved following treatment. Symptoms like these can sometimes originate away from where they’re actually felt, so identifying what may be contributing to the nerve irritation and addressing the underlying problem is an important part of my approach. Thank you again for trusting me with your care. It’s great to see the improvement you’ve made!
Went in for my checkup consultation and recieved detailed feedback on how my mobility is progressing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It’s great to hear that you found the check-up consultation useful and that the detailed feedback helped you understand how your mobility is progressing. I believe reassessing progress is an important part of treatment, as it allows us to see what’s improving, identify what still needs attention and adapt the treatment and rehabilitation plan accordingly. Thank you again for trusting me with your care. It’s great to see the progress you’re making, and I look forward to helping you continue building on it!
Exceptional treatment and left feeling like a new man

Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback! I’m really pleased to hear you had such a positive experience and left the treatment feeling like a new man! That’s always great to hear. 🙌 My aim is to tailor each osteopathic treatment to the individual, helping to relieve pain, improve movement and get you feeling back to your best. Thank you again for trusting me with your care and for taking the time to leave a review. It genuinely means a lot! 🙏
Adrian’s initial assessment was key in understanding my needs and determining the best treatment plan for me. His approach is gradual and progressive, focusing on long-term improvement rather than quick fixes. I’ve really appreciated the personalised care and have noticed lasting positive effects throughout my treatment. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective holistic osteopathic treatment.

hank you so much for such a thoughtful review and recommendation. I’m really pleased that you’ve valued the approach we’ve taken throughout your treatment. For me, the initial assessment is incredibly important in understanding not just where someone is experiencing pain, but what may be contributing to it and how we can best approach their recovery. I’ve always believed in progressing treatment at the right pace for the individual, combining osteopathic care with rehabilitation and guidance to work towards meaningful, long-term improvements rather than simply chasing short-term relief. It’s fantastic to hear that you’ve experienced lasting positive changes. Thank you again for trusting me with your care and for recommending my approach to others. It genuinely means a lot. 🙏
I’ve been seeing Adrian for many years for a recurring back problem, and he’s always been absolutely brilliant. Thankfully, these days it’s more about regular maintenance, which has made a huge difference in keeping my back in good shape and preventing problems from returning. Adrian is incredibly thorough, completely painless in his approach and clearly an expert in his field. He always knows exactly what needs doing, explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring chiropractor.

Thank you so much for your kind words and, more importantly, for continuing to place your trust in me over so many years. It’s been great to see how your back has progressed from dealing with recurring problems to now being much more about maintaining your mobility, keeping things moving well and reducing the likelihood of those old issues flaring up again. I’ve always believed in taking the time to understand what each person needs, explain what I’m finding and make treatment as comfortable and individualised as possible, so your feedback genuinely means a lot. Thank you again for your continued support and recommendation. It’s always a pleasure seeing you and helping to keep your back in good shape! 🙏
Went to Adrian for an osteopathy treatment because my back had been giving me loads of pain and he sorted it no problem. The treatment included cupping and acupuncture and it honestly made a huge difference. Really nice guy, very kind and caring and made me feel comfortable straight away. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He worked on all the problem areas properly and my back felt so much better afterwards. Proper professional service and I’ll definitely be going back again. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your fantastic review and recommendation. I'm delighted to hear how much your back pain improved following treatment. Every patient is different, so we aim to tailor each session to the individual, using the most appropriate techniques to address their symptoms and support better movement and recovery. It’s great to know that the combination of osteopathic treatment, acupuncture and cupping made such a positive difference and that you felt comfortable and well looked after throughout your visit. Thank you again for trusting me with your care. I truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back! 🙏
