I shall always feel endebted to Mr Ahmed - he not only took on a very difficult operation, but he performed it outstandingly well As a result I am about a month ahead in my recovery and feeling rather good physically

Many years ago when I was an EM trainee doing an Anaesthetics placement I saw his expertise first hand. Now I’m a Consultant he was the clear choice when choosing a surgeon for my family. His expertise is unparalleled and the fact he takes on the highest risk NHS patients in the public sector only adds to his expertise and skill in the private sector. My family member made a full recovery from a laparoscopic cholecystectomy without any complications. The care he received from Mr Ahmed and the team at the Cromwell was superb.

male: diastasis recti I was sent to Mr Ahmed by another surgeoun who highly recommended his work. He also put me in touch with a patient that had the same operation a few years earlier. Once I saved up the money I went ahead! Its a bit of an operation, and post surgery was damn painful, as I was warned.. They had me up and walking that very night... Anyhow, eight weeks later, incision points rae healing well and Im down the gym with a PT/Rehab chap and swimming 5 days a week. Its been a journey and a cost - but at the end of it I now have my self esteem back, Im now back down the gym after staying away for three years, the belly is coming back in and the awful bulging belly/separation that I'd put up withy for three years - now gone. It wasn't cheap - but now the other side, I'm so glad I did it. At 53, life isn't quite done yet for me physicality wise and I feel so much better knowing I can get out running and down the gym again! I was a journey, an eye-opening one, but under Mr Ahmed's guidance and handy work - I can only say how pleased I am with the entire result and the process end to end.

I honestly can’t thank Mr Ahmed Ahmed and his team enough. It feels like I have been given my life back. The Cromwell hospital was amazing, and all the staff looked after me so well during my stay. The procedure itself went well, with very little pain, or side effects and almost no scarring- I had no issues from the surgery at all. I was given lots of information about the diet to follow and felt like I could ask any questions. It was honesty the best decision I ever made, and I couldn’t recommend Mr Ahmed Ahmed and the Cromwell Hospital more highly.

I recently was under the care of Mr Ahmed needing urgent care. He was very professional, made the time to fit me in with not much notice and was very knowledgeable. He acted quickly and with professional care. I would highly recommend Mr Ahmed.

It was lovely to have Dr Ahmed Ahmed taking care of my surgery and me, he and his team did an extraordinary job removing my gallbladder and making me feeling comfortable all the time, he explained everything about all the procedures to me also my recovery time was so simple and painless. I'm very grateful and I would recommend him 100%.
