From the minute I decided to go privately for my son to be assessed I've felt like I could ask any questions leading up to his appointment. On arrival its totally different in a good way than what you'd expect not clinical at all very friendly and felt naturally very at ease
From start to finish the service was 100%, they were so helpful all the way through I asked lots of questions and they answered them all, they explained everything to me what would be happening on the day - and even on the day I asked the same questions as my mind was everywhere and again answered them all nothing was to much trouble for them - we got our own room for the day so my little girl could relax and feel comfortable - we could have as many brakes as we wanted. The therapy horses were a massive hit for my little girl - it broke the day up for her and she loved them. Everyone went above and beyond to make it an easy process and an easy day for us. We travelled 3 hours and it was worth it. They were all so kind and friendly and made you feel at home nothing was too much for them. I 100% would recommend them! After we got the diagnosis we received lots of information and she went through everything with me. A big shout out to Pippa and Emma you were fantastic! They even sent my little girl a postcard in the post the following day which made her day!! Thanks again

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming which put me at ease straight away, they took time to listen to my feelings and concerns and were so helpful and supportive to get me answers to my problems. I would highly recommend Makewell to anyone and I will certainly be coming again for any future tests I may have
