From the first call with Makewell, I knew we were in safe, capable and understanding hands. It wasn’t the easiest of phone calls the make but I was listened to and felt at ease. I can’t fault the process, care or surroundings. The setting is beautiful and calm. Most importantly, our daughter felt safe there too and understood - no judgement. The team are fantastic - Lisa, Lindsay, Vicki and Samantha, thank you for your care and support.
We know how hard it can be to make that first call, we're so glad you felt listened to and at ease from the very start. Creating a space that feels safe and calm for both you and your daughter is exactly what we hope for, hearing that she felt understood and free of judgement is wonderful to read. A fantastic service from a lovely team. Made to feel very comfortable throughout all appointments and pre-appointment communication. Little extra touches such as goody bag and postcard really made a difference! My son loved getting his post from Lisa :-)

All staff were really welcoming and friendly. The clinic was very clean, jasmine was made to feel very comfortable as was myself. I would definitely recommend makewell to any of my friends and family.
