We attended the Makewell Clinic for ADHD/ASD assessments for our son. There were a number of forms to complete prior to the visit. When we attended the clinic, it was clean, bright with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are attentive, caring and knowledgeable which my husband and I found reassuring. 100% recommend Makewell and appreciate the time they took to determine the diagnosis for our son.

Overall we have had a very positive experience. The staff have all been welcoming, warm and friendly. The facilities, setting and overall vibe of the location felt so much less clinical than other options. We were sad to not have met Ava but understand she might have been unavailable. Some of the questions didn’t feel age appropriate for an 8 and 6 year old. The rainbow and aquarium rooms felt very warm and stuffy in the heat of the afternoon, fans or air conditioning might help? The reception area also feels , almost the desks could be lower or more open. To small children they were unable to see over the top. Thank you
