Friendly nurses and quick and easy

Booking appointment was great, 10 out of 10. Facilities are very clean and the nurse was superb, can not fault at all. Really friendly and lovely. Real asset to your team. However, when I walked in-none of front door staff greeted me, they ignored me until I spoke first to check if I parked correctly. To what I got an answer " we'll tell you if you have appontment with us", insinuating they thought I was a random walk-in. When I was waiting for nurse, nobody offered water or tea. I read some signs on the wall about it and had to go ask myself. However, when next patient came in-they loudly greeted him straight away and offered coffee. Just because I was a brand new patient-should not mean I get a different treatment. While I loved your clinic and would recommend it, your front desk staff did not make me feel welcome at all.

I took my son here for a combined ADHD and Autism assessment and every single person we met and interacted with from those at reception to the clinicians were amazing. My son asked if we could go back after we left following his assessment as he enjoyed his time there.

Mahwish was a miracle nurse and managed to find a vein for my blood test (other nurses couldn't before) she was so lovely and friendly and explained the process with a lot of details and made me feel at ease. Thank you!!

I cant say 1 bad thing about Makewell since the first initial email me and my son have been treated with respect and kindness any questions i had were answered on our first face to face appointment we were meeting by Emma and my son has remembered her since that day she kept him calm and made sure he was comfortable on his first bit of assessment i was sat outside of the room on a lovely comfortable sofa waiting and each member of staff that went pass made sure I was ok and made sure I had everything I needed offered cups of tea or coffee to me I felt so welcomed the setting of Makewell is lovely and cozy and so friendly the assessment was so much better then I expected my son could use up the whole of the room for play and do whatever he wanted while i did the talking with Pipa they was loads of toys and sensory toys we went to see the horses by the fence and went for a walk while we had a break half way through the whole process my son was kept calm and felt safe to the pint he left me to go with Emma and trust me my son doesn't not leave my side as a mum I felt so listen to to as last thats all I wanted and Makewell made that happen and we final go the answers we had been wanting for years and now my son is having his medication reviews with Makewell and even this process is so straight toward Makewells waiting times are incredible we've had no complications at all just all straight forward staff are always happy to help and answer questions no matter how small or how big the question it even if you think thats silly to ask they always try they're best I would honestly r...

All very pleasant and professional

Friendly staff, nice place

Was very easy to book. Staff were lovely and friendly . My daughter actually opened up and chatted away with them. She had a lovely time and got out the house ! Overall a lovely experience
