I had a bunion operation with Mr Goldberg after years of deliberation having seen several other specialists who gave conflicting opinions. I was unsure whether minimally invasive surgery or open bunion surgery was best and there was simply never the right time to do the surgery. Seeing Mr Goldberg was a breath of fresh air, as from the first consultation I felt I was in trusted hands. He is incredibly knowledgeable and went through all my questions and cleared up all the vague responses other surgeons had given me. He has a knack of explaining things that just make sense. The surgery itself went smoothly, and when I told him I had no pain, he replied, that lack of pain was a common complaint his patients would give him. He is very humorous and affable. I now have a beautiful foot and straight toes. My only regret is that I didn't have the surgery sooner. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an opinion or surgery.

While there is no silver bullet for my situation, for the first time on this long journey I walked away with a much better understanding of the diagnosis and the possible options for me.

Mr Goldberg was incredibly patient and answered my questions with care. He also identified the misdiagnosis by two previous consultants. He gave me a plan that I could implement for my recovery, which I did not receive from my previous consultants.

I cannot recommend Andy Goldberg enough, he is truly amazing. Andy Goldberg is not only very professional he is also very thorough and caring. He explains everything clearly, and you can sense he wants his patients to understand and feel at ease with the any procedures/treatments that he recommends. I had a new ankle replacement 7 weeks ago and I admit to being very worried about it beforehand, so much so that I was considering not having it done. Having said that, I can’t quite believe how well everything has progressed and what I find incredible is that I’ve had absolutely no pain and very little swelling. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give Andy Goldberg 20.

Mr Goldberg has been brilliant from start to finish. He performed a ligament reconstruction on my ankle after it was fractured and dislocated in an accident. During all my appointments and my short stay in hospital, Mr Goldberg was wonderful - professional, knowledgeable, he explained everything that needed to be done and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and to discuss options together.
