Mr Jonathan Larholt

I would highly recommend Mr Larholt for big toe cheilectomy. I came via a bit of a circuitous route - I had been recommended a podiatrist who was very good. He referred me to a surgeon at his clinic who I saw twice but I wanted a second opinion and I stumbled across Mr Larholt. I immediately felt at ease with him. He took the time to understand my medical history, my lifestyle (a busy mum of a toddler with a job and studying for doctorate and a trained yoga teacher), my fitness level and my plan to get back to mobility/functionality/being pain free. He was diligent in his approach, explained everything clearly, answered my many questions and his advice during my recovery was excellent. He also saw me three times post surgery to check my progress and advise me on what I could do. I’ve now made a full recovery 8 weeks post surgery and have even been given permission to start running after my toddler again! For anyone unsure or worried about surgery, you are in the best hands if you opt for Mr Larholt. Highly recommended.

After seeking various different medical opinions about severe nerve pain in my toe, Jonathan was of the opinion to remove historic fixings which he did after reviewing scans and Xrays. He was extremely sympathetic to my frustration with the situation and the procedure was successful. The care I was given at the New Victoria hospital by Jonathan and his team was excellent and I would certainly recommend his services to anyone with podiatric probems.

The whole experience was amazing, I had a foot surgery done, everyone was so welcoming and helpful from the doctor, Mr. Jonathan to the nurses. Even after discharge I have been called to be checked on. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for me.
