Mr Daniel Apostol is a highly dedicated Physiotherapist with a deep passion for fitness, rehabilitation, and human performance. As the founder of Apostol Mobile Physiotherapy, Daniel provides specialist physiotherapy treatment directly at the patient’s location—bringing high-quality, evidence-based care and helping individuals recover, rebuild, and reach their full potential into the comfort and convenience of their own environment. He has developed expertise in sports injuries, lower limb conditions, and orthopaedics, helping individuals recover, rebuild, and perform at their best.
In 2022, Daniel completed his MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy (Neuromusculoskeletal), further advancing his knowledge and clinical capability in assessing and treating complex spine, upper limb, and lower limb conditions. His postgraduate training also introduced a body–mind approach, allowing him to deliver truly holistic, evidence-based, and person-centred care.
At Apostol Mobile Physiotherapy, Daniel combines clinical expertise with the latest research and performance principles to deliver tailored, outcome-driven treatment- all conveniently provided at your own home, workplace, or training environment. Each session integrates specialist education, targeted exercise rehabilitation, functional mobility training, and, when appropriate, hands-on manual therapy. This approach creates an individualised pathway designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and enhance long-term resilience and performance — allowing recovery to take place in a setting that’s both familiar and comfortable.

Patients describe Mr Daniel Apostol as friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clear. His expertise is evident in post-operative rehabilitation for procedures such as total knee replacement, hip replacement, and complex shoulder surgery. He provides effective strategies for various injuries, with careful pacing, detailed explanations, and individualised exercise plans for pain management. His comprehensive approach provides high-quality general physiotherapy, particularly for knee pain.
Since my surgery, Daniel has helped me enormously. Having physiotherapy at home has been such a blessing, as it is far easier and more comfortable for me in my own surroundings. With his help and encouragement, I have gone from using a Zimmer frame, to a stick, and now walking outside without one. I never thought I would come this far, and that has given me a lot more confidence. Daniel is always kind, patient, and knows when to encourage me to do a little more. On days when I may not feel so motivated, he helps me keep going and believe in myself. He is a lovely person to have in your home, always professional, caring, and cheerful. I am very thankful for all his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy at home.
I’ve been seeing Daniel for about a year now, and he has helped me through a lot. When my knee wasn’t progressing the way we expected, he recognised early that something wasn’t right and advised me to go back to Leicester for further review. That turned out to be absolutely the right decision. He even checked in on me while I was in hospital, which I really appreciated. I trust his judgement completely—he clearly knows what he’s doing, and that gives you real confidence throughout your recovery. One of the biggest benefits is being treated at home. I’ve had other services contact me offering appointments further away, but I’ve always said I’m happy with my physio. The convenience and the quality of care make a big difference. I’ll continue with Daniel for as long as needed to get back to normal. I’m very pleased with the support I’ve received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Thank you so much for your kind words and trust throughout the past year. It’s been a pleasure to support you through your recovery. You’ve worked hard through some difficult moments, and I’m glad I could help guide things when needed and get you the right support at the right time. I really appreciate your trust in me, and I’m pleased the home visits have made the process easier and more convenient for you. We’ll keep going and do all we can to get you back to normal. Thank you again for the recommendation.
I was first treated by Daniel at the OSD Private Hospital after an accident to my pelvis while on holiday. His exercise routine really helped my recovery. I have continued to see Daniel now that he works as a mobile physiotherapist, and I really appreciate him coming to my home. It makes things so much easier and more comfortable. He is now helping me with my back pain and leg symptoms, as well as my breathing, with an appropriate and manageable exercise programme. He is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for your continued trust in me. It has been a pleasure helping you from your early recovery after the accident through to your current progress now. I’m really glad the home visits have made things easier for you, and I’m pleased we’ve been able to keep working together on your back, leg symptoms, and breathing. Thank you again for your kindness—it’s always a pleasure seeing you.
The best thing about this physio appointment is that you can have the appointment in the comfort of your home, as Daniel carries out home visits.. This is particularly useful when the weather is not so nice and you don't feel like driving to go to your appointment! Daniel is very professional, helpful and friendly at all times. If I am struggling with an exercise or two, he makes sure I become familiar and gain confidence with the exercise and then try the exercise again until I fully manage that exercise. At the moment, I am limping slightly whilst walking and again Daniel makes sure that I walk slowly, thus giving me confidence. I would highly recommend Daniel to anybody thinking of having a home visit.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind and thoughtful review. I genuinely appreciate your words and your trust in me. I’m really pleased the home visits have been helpful and that you’ve felt supported throughout your rehabilitation. You’ve worked hard, stayed consistent, and it’s been lovely to see your progress and confidence grow.
It’s been a real pleasure having Daniel come to my home for treatment. The convenience is fantastic, and I’ve found it so much more effective doing the exercises in a familiar environment. It’s made the whole process feel more comfortable and manageable.
Having been in hospital for 5 months, i had to learn to walk again, regain my strength and stamina. Daniel helped me to regain my strength and focus on some key goals i needed to get back to my pre hospital admissions. and do all this in the comfort of my own home. i would highly recommend Daniel

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure supporting you through such a tough time and seeing you regain your strength and confidence. Your hard work really showed, and I truly appreciate the recommendation. Wishing you all the best going forward.
I had physio sessions with Daniel following knee replacement surgery with the aim of travelling to Australia for Christmas. While I was there he kept in touch reassuring me that I was managing the extra activities satisfactorily

I’m very grateful for your lovely feedback. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m delighted to hear you had a positive experience
My most recent visit (as with all previous) went well and I was pleased that we covered all of my target issues. Daniel is a very friendly and easy to get on person, which is always a good start. He’s thorough in his explanations of how to do the necessary exercises and their benefits Is perfect.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.I’m pleased to hear that we were able to address all of your target areas and that the explanations around the exercises were clear and helpful.
I have been seeing Daniel for post-operative shoulder rehabilitation following complex surgery. From the outset, his approach has been exceptional. At every session, Daniel takes the time to understand how the previous week has gone, including pain levels, sleep quality, flare-ups, and how the shoulder is coping with day-to-day use. He adjusts treatment carefully based on how I am actually responding, which has been crucial in ensuring progress while minimising the risk of setbacks. Daniel understands that I need to know why I am doing something, not just what to do. His explanations are clear, thoughtful, and grounded in sound clinical reasoning. This has given me confidence in the rehabilitation process and reassurance at every stage of recovery. He is also highly skilled at pacing rehabilitation appropriately. When necessary, he has deliberately held me back in a careful and protective way to prevent over-loading the repair. That restraint has been just as important as the progression itself, and as a result my recovery has been steady, controlled, and ahead of expectations rather than rushed. What I value most is the level of trust. I feel completely able to be honest with him about weeks that have not gone perfectly, including when I have done more than I should have. His response is always calm, supportive, and constructive rather than critical, which has made a significant difference both physically and psychologically. I trust Daniel implicitly with my recovery and would highly recommend him.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience. It genuinely means a lot and reinforces why I value personalised, patient-centred care
Best. Physio. Ever. Fantastic up to date knowledge and a friendly yet professional manner. Would 100% recommend.
