Mr Tony Corner

Having been under the care of Mr Corner over the last 3 years for 2 major and 1 minor operation, I have always found him to be friendly and approachable. He always explains the reasoning behind whatever procedure is recommended and what is involved.

Very caring and clear through all of my procedure. I always felt at ease.

I went underwent Latarjet surgery with Tony. He was friendly, professional and despite my nerves made me feel completely at ease. Recovery has gone very well and follow up appointments were always helpful, reassuring and Tony's sense of humour always had the ability to put me at ease.

Tony Corner is friendly and very approachable. I did feel a little rushed but perhaps there wasn’t much to say about my condition as the diagnosis was clear. I’ve been impressed by the speed and efficiency of seeing him at One Stop.

Tony corner is very thorough and kind when explaining everything. He had lots of solutions for me and I felt very confident about his ability to heal me. I would definitely see him again if the need arose. Thank you. I’m so pleased with my recovery.

My expectations of the outcome of the shoulder surgery were well managed by Mr Corner, and potential issues were explained fully. I have been delighted with my recovery within 3 months of the shoulder replacement and had no problems post surgery, in fact I find it hard to remember this is a replaced joint and just use my arm. At my most recent visit he explained and tested the recovery of a specific front ligament, which he was pleased had recovered fully post surgery.

I first contacted Tony Corner for a second opinion, following surgery to fix a proximal humerus fracture of my shoulder. Tony came highly recommended and I found him to be friendly and reassuring. He answered all my questions and explained clearly what could be done to improve my shoulder's mobility. Tony performed an arthroscopic capsular release which was a success and improved my range of motion but the plate which had been fitted elsewhere at the time of the original fracture, was limiting my progress. I was nervous about undergoing further surgery to remove the metalwork but Tony was very positive and reassuring and I decided if anyone was going to do this surgery, I wanted it to be him. Two weeks later, my shoulder feels so much better and the mobility is greatly improved too. I do not have private medical cover but this surgery has made such a difference to me. Thank you, Tony.
