I found Mr Corner to be approachable, with a caring manner that gave me the confidence to undergo shoulder replacement surgery.

Felt totally at ease. Mr Corner was very friendly, explained clearly what he was going to do, came in after the op to explain what had happened and what to do for the next 2 weeks. Follow up in 2 weeks. Would highly recommend.

Tony is a wonderful surgeon , I had every faith in his abilities to repair my shoulder. From my initial consultation he made me aware of the severity of it and the lengthy recovery. He spoke to me in a friendly manner which put me at ease , assuring me all the time that everything would be alright . On the day of surgery he again assured me that I’d be ok and put me at ease . He came to see me as I came around in the recovery suite , telling me it all went well , again putting me at ease and then to tell me he’d come to see me again thot evening which he did . Telling me on the evening visit that surgery went really well and described that I’d done ‘The Full Monty ‘ but he had managed to repair it all . He’d see me in 2 weeks to remove the stitches , where he was excited to show me photos of the before and after inside my shoulder which I found fascinating! Words of encouragement all the time . Each follow up again assuring me that I’m doing so well and to continue working hard . Such a kind and caring easygoing surgeon that makes you feel at ease . Assuring me that if I had any problems I knew where he was .

Very professional Explained everything

I was recommended to Mr Corner by my physio and I was not disappointed. Mr Corner is a lovely man who takes time to explain everything thoroughly to you. I felt very reassured about the surgery I was having to repair my rotator cuff. Post surgery Mr Corner explained to me what he had done and that he was pleased with the result. That was very reassuring. I have just had my final follow up and all has gone well. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Corner to anyone who needs shoulder surgery.
