Great team nurses were kind and flexible with my schedule. I will strangely miss coming for chemotherapy due to their kindness. My oncologist Matthew Williams was great too always responsive to my many questions and explained scans well.

The Department is good but the condition of the hospital needs attention. The escalator not working again and some areas have been under repair for a long time.

was overall really good. Staff was and nurses were very attentive I would suggest putting a call bell near the seating area as I had the experience of been left on the chair and I am unable to moblise independently so I was stuck and the door was shut. Luckily I had my phone with me to call the ward and tell them to come to my room. I felt worried and concerned just sitting there hoping someone will come in. The excuse was they where all in a meeting. Not good practice

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found our staff and nurses attentive and that your overall experience was positive. We are, however, sorry to learn about the situation you experienced when left in your room without a means of easily calling for assistance. We understand how concerning this must have been, particularly given your mobility needs. Your suggestion regarding a call bell near the seating area is appreciated, and we will share your comments with the relevant team for review. Thank you for bringing this important matter to our attention. Best wishes, The Private Care Team at Imperial College Healthcare
