Mr Shah was very approachable, helpful, friendly and reassuring in introducing himself, explaining things without being patronising, and answering my questions.
I was very reassured by my consultation with Mr Shah. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly to me. He was most polite and caring.
My visit was very reassuring, I was given all the information required, also I felt I was given time to think and rethink my options. Overall I highly recommend Mr T Shah and his staff at the Cromwell Hospital. The only negative is the parking? There is no parking at the hospital, so advised to take the train in.
Straightforward explanation of matters and more importantly able to answer all the questions that my partner had, not just me, which provided all round reassurance.
Informative with a helpful, considerate professional manner
