Mr Gareth Jones explained the xrays and mri Very clearly. He went through my past medical history which unfortunately is rare these days. This is a pity as past complaints and operations can be very relevant. He suggested Investigations based on these.

Mr Jones, is very professional, explaining the suspected problem with my partial knee replacement and the options going forward. Mr Jones has carried out a full investigation, Although the problem isn’t clear. Obviously I’m upset and disappointed with the outcome. Mr Jones will continue to support me in any decision I make.

My concerns about a surgical intervention were listened to carefully. I also felt able to give a clinical history from my perspective. I was given a clear demonstration of how a healthy knee joint functions compared to mine. I understand that the MRI scan will determine the best course of action.to take.
