Throughout my appointments, Dr. Goyal was extremely thorough in both his assessments and explanations. He took the time to clearly explain the surgery, the procedure involved, and the aftercare required, making sure I fully understood each step. His ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and reassuring way made the whole process much less stressful and making sure that follow up appointments for reviews were made in advance. What stood out most was how organised and efficient his practice is. Appointments were well managed, and I never felt rushed. Despite maintaining a very efficient workflow, he always made time to answer questions and ensure that I felt comfortable and confident about my treatment plan. His attention to detail and commitment to patient care are evident in everything he does. From the initial consultation through to follow-up care, he ensured that I was well informed and properly supported throughout the entire process. I am very grateful for the professionalism, skill, and compassion he showed during my treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who is not only highly competent but also genuinely committed to patient wellbeing.

I had a reoccurring Achilles tear which was causing frustration and annoyance as I didn’t feel any specialised Dr was prioritising me. I was referred to Sr Goyal as a specialist and was very pleased. He understood my injury and gave me options for surgery. I went with a FGL transplant and he said as very clear before and after surgery. Successful and b happy with outcome

After snapping a tendon i needed a tendon transfer. Mr Goyal acted promptly, explaining every step and what the possible risks were. The surgery went well. I then saw him on my various visits after surgery, getting my plaster cast changed, and then removed. He has always been thorough and professional.
