I had a great experience from my first consultation with Dr. Batty yesterday. Dr. Patty is truly knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, approachable and caring, he took the time to listen to all my concerns without making me feel rushed, explained everything clearly and provided me with an assessment and treatment plan. I am truly impressed to receive a detailed clinical note soon after the consultation and had my scan and follow-up appointments booked right after the consultation. Highly recommended Dr. Phil Batty and Cleveland Clinic.
