⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Professor Charles Knowles highly enough. From the moment I met him, I felt listened to, understood, and genuinely cared for. I’ve been struggling with ongoing pain for a long time and, for the first time, I left an appointment feeling like someone truly understood what was going on. Professor Knowles explained everything so clearly, gave me confidence in the treatment plan, and referred me to a specialist physiotherapist who is exactly the right fit for my condition. We also discussed surgery for my pilonidal sinus, and he completely put my mind at ease. His calm, reassuring manner and obvious expertise made what had felt overwhelming seem much more manageable.
