Mr Bhan totally understood what was wrong with me and what was needed to stop my problem from reoccurring. He has a reassuring, insightful and professional nature and very quickly put me at ease. He explained what needed to happen and provided a clear description of the procedure I was required to undertake. He explained everything I needed to know in an easy, informative manner for which I was very grateful.
He listened intently, he acted immediately, was very concerned and caring. I could not have been treated better. Thank you Mr Bhan
As written However, I went on to have a bad experience with my telephone appointment with the preassessment nurse
I have been supported by Mr. Bhan for over 5 years and very recently for some unexpected abdominal surgery. Throughout, he has demonstrated an outstanding level of care, kindness and empathy. His explanations pre- surgery and for any follow up have been very clear. I am so fortunate that all my surgery has been undertaken under his medical expertise, integrity and skill. I cannot recommend Mr. Bhan highly enough, and I will continue to be truly grateful that I have had such an excellent and consistent standard of medical support and intervention.
Results given were clear and future appointments and tests agreed.
A thoroughly lovely chap who explained everything with care and consideration and put me at ease in relation to my forthcoming procedure.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this kind review
Mr Bhan treated my mum following a sigmoid volvulus, and from the very first consultation, he was incredibly personable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure we felt fully informed and reassured. His depth of knowledge and expertise was evident throughout, but what truly stood out was his kindness and the way he supported both my mum and our family during a very difficult time. He combines outstanding clinical skill with genuine compassion, which made an enormous difference to our experience. We felt completely confident in his care every step of the way.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind and indepth review
