amazing, staff very helpful, they let you know how long is left while you are in the scanning machine. i went here for 3t mri brain scan on 20 th january 2026 and had a 3t mri of thoracic spine on 05/03/2026 the team are amazing, i am claustrophobic but the team of staff is that amazing they got me through it and i came back for a second scan 6 weeks later, this team at medneo got me through it, i failed 3 times to have scans done with other companies. medneo is best company who employ the best staff and has awards for great place to work for four consecutive years.

The experience at medneo was excellent the staff went out of their way to help me with various issues I was facing without judgment and with absolute kindness. This extended from the receptionist to the radiographers. I am really thankful.

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.
