Highly professional team and exceptional patient care I was a bit nervous about my recent MRI scan, but the team at medneo completely changed that. From the moment I walked into the Great Portland Street clinic, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and immaculate. The radiographer and clinic staff were extremely patient-centric, reassuring, and kind. They took the time to check in on me and keep me updated throughout the appointment. It was the best MRI experience coming from a chronically ill patient. The young girl at the reception was beyond wonderful, easing the worries of an elderly patient, helping to translate, and walking every step of the way. Could not recommend enough and also the best price and same day appointments. Truthfully thank you so much, may God bless you all
