About Mr Jonathan Pollock
Mr Jonathan Pollock is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, specialising in skin cancer surgery and facial reconstruction. He serves as the Surgical Lead for Skin Cancer at the Trust and is an active member of the multidisciplinary skin cancer teams (MDTs) in both Nottingham and Derby.
Mr Pollock provides the full spectrum of surgical management for skin cancers, including sentinel lymph node biopsy for melanoma, complex skin cancer excisions, and block dissections of the neck, axilla, and groin. He also specialises in facial and nasal reconstruction following cancer surgery or trauma, offering patients expert reconstructive options to restore form and function.
In addition to his skin cancer work, Mr Pollock offers consultations for general plastic surgery procedures, including skin lesion removal, scar revision, and facial aesthetic surgery. He also provides non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

Having seen Mr Pollock on five occasions, two of which were for surgery, I have enjoyed his professionalism and care throughout. Having to deal with a number of health issues recently I found the minute I telephoned Kate that I was in safe hands. Her professionalism in sorting a speedy consultation left me in no doubt that after weeks of uncertainty I was in the right place. Mr. Pollock was exceptional. He identified the problem and dealt with it. The supporting nurse chatted to me throughout the procedure and kindly offered me a coffee once I was back in the waiting room. The follow up treatment at the Spire has been conducted by a very professional and caring team, especially Tina, one of the nurses who changed my dressing. Infact the Spire is a very inviting place to attend for treatment. Many thanks to everyone involved.
