Dr Bhattacharyya recently carried out surgery on my left knee involving PCL reconstruction with an allograft and repair on my medial ligament at Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow. His initial assessment and advice of my injury was thorough, easy to understand, and really helped me feel prepared and confident going into the procedure. Everything about the surgery and procedure he was undertaking was explained clearly, including what to expect and how to manage the days leading up to surgery. The surgery itself went well with no complications. Post-op, the guidance and reassurance I have received so far has been excellent. The explanations about recovery, mobility, and rehabilitation were practical and supportive, which made a big difference in helping me navigate the early stages of recovery. I’m three months post surgery, the wound has healed very well and the knee is recovering great. My mobility is continuing to improve and I’m very pleased with how things have went. I’d like to thank Dr Bhattacharyya for the high level of care, professionalism, and expertise and that has made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.

I am 6 weeks post back decompression surgery. Having suffered for 18months I was recommend to see Carl Hardwidge and wow am I pleased I did! He has literally changed my life which had become so miserable with constant pain. I saw Carl 3 times before I had the surgery and never once was I rushed and he explained everything in detail that was going to happen. Carl really is the easiest person to talk to and has a wonderful funny sense of humour On the day of surgery Carl came to my room and went through everything again and made sure I was ok This was the theme post surgery, Carl visited twice a day for the 4 days I was in hospital, to check how I was doing and generally to just have a chat, even if he did moan on occasions that I wasn’t eating enough 😝 I can literally not recommend Carl enough and I will be forever grateful of his expertise in fixing me! I recently visited for an up and coming procedure I have booked in for the 12th. Dr Agha was detailed and thorough during my F2F visit. He communicates well and listened to all my thoughts, he advises well-equally is as realistic with surgery and the results. The location itself on Harley Street is pristine all of the staff and friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very easy to find- I came from Euston. It was a straight forward journey for me coming from Shrewsbury. Considering I travelled alone, it was quite enjoyable. Really looking forward to my procedure, having waited around 7 years for it after having my little girl and not wanting to jump into having surgery while she was so young. My patient advisor has also been brilliant along the way, thank you Jenny.

I was met by a nurse who took care of me throughout and dealt out the eye drops prior to the operation. The surgeon introduced himself to me and was reassuring before and during the op. He was aware my eye was stinging from the drops and waited until further numbing drops took effect before operating. He also kept reassuring me whilst dealing with the cataract.
