Mr Keenan was very helpful and clarified all of my concerns about what I should or should not be doing. He appeared to be genuinely interested in how I was progressing. He showed me an x-ray of my hip and told me there was a small amount of wear on the other hip, to keep an eye on it, and, if it bothered me, then I should get on the waiting list sooner rather than later. In view of my advancing years I believe that was very good advice. Personally I believe I was very lucky to have been a patient of Mr Keenan, he was extremely professional in every way and I could not be any more happy about the operation, the care and the outcome, though I must admit I was quite fearful right up until the mask was put over my face! I feel a million percent better as a result of the hip replacement and there was no pain whatsoever. I walk better now than I have done for many years. Thank you Mr Keenan.

I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

I was extremely pleased with my right knee replacement journey from beginning to end. I was kept fully informed and taken care of very well at the spire with Mr Leong and the staff. Mr Leong is very approachable and down to earth which relaxes you straight away. I was extremely nervous about having my second knee replaced as the first took a good 2 years for me to even think it was worth it. Straight away i knew this one would be different and it is. I was on theatre for about 45 mins and stayed in for 1 night as i had a problem with low blood pressure. I honestly cannot fault Mr Leong as didn't feel rushed with him and answered any questions i had .

Arrived today for my knee replacement and I’m just amazed by how relaxed I am bring well and truly looked after Mr Skyrme told me back in May the words I wanted to hear “I can fix this “ and then said but we need to get this BMI down , saying what I already knew but suggested looking for some help from the weight loss and using the injections. I was initially embarrassed and not sure about it But I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done 23 weeks in and I’m 4stone 2.5lbs down and feel great Thank You

He took his time to consider a differential diagnosis for my problem and the course of action he suggested has helped me feeling better after years of increasing pain. What I liked the most is that his approach was not limited to treating the symptoms now but to protect the health of my eyes in the long term. Service was good when I had the appointments Long wait times where I had no info at times, had to chase replies to my emails, particularly once where I got an email saying i would be able to book my appointment 'very soon' and then nothing for weeks More info before appointments would have been nice, what to expect / prepare, my second appointment I assumed was going to be the diagnosis but turned out to just be another round of questionnaire questions not with the psychiatrist

I had an excellent experience with London Blood Test. Booking was fast, the clinic was easy to find, and the staff were warm and professional. The phlebotomist was very gentle and explained every step, which made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. Results arrived quickly and were clearly laid out, with helpful notes that made them easy to understand. Overall, efficient, friendly, and reliable service. Highly recommend.
