Mr Ng Man Sun was very gentle with my daughter and kind to us as parents. He was patient with our concerns, and very thorough and responsible in his approach. A couple of paediatricians had previously raised concerns about my daughter’s hips (DDH) during their examinations. However, Mr Ng Man Sun’s clinical evaluation was much more detailed. He didn’t find any issues but still recommended an ultrasound to provide an accurate and final diagnosis. The ultrasound confirmed his assessment exactly - her hips are even healthier than the average baby her age! During our initial appointment, he also took the time to explain the potential treatment our baby might need if she did have DDH - this was something I was keen to understand. He explained everything clearly, realistically, and with great empathy. This helped us understand that treatment would have been more straightforward than we had anticipated. Once he received the ultrasound report, he called us the same day to explain the results, saving us the need to book a follow-up appointment. A few days later, we also reached out to ask for his advice on baby carriers, and he kindly replied straightaway (over the weekend!). Overall, Mr Ng Man Sun is a wonderful professional - experienced, thorough and kind. He communicates clearly and shows genuine passion for what he does. We are very grateful for his care and highly recommend him!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. The porter who greeted me, carried my bag, and personally showed me to my room set the tone for what would be a first-class stay. Every nurse and domestic staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and professional—nothing was ever too much trouble. The care was seamless and deeply reassuring throughout. A special mention must go to the two physiotherapists who supported me post-surgery. Their expertise and kindness in helping with icing and fitting my sling made a huge difference in my recovery and comfort. They were brilliant. And the food? Mr Thomas was brilliant from beginning to end. I went to see him regarding gall stones/gall bladder removal. We talked through all my options, he put up with my many questions, but ultimately the decision to have surgery was mine. Mr Thomas also referred me to one of his colleagues, which ended up with another issue I had being fixed within 2 weeks. Apart from clearly knowing all there is about his field of expertise, Mr Thomas is a kind, considerate, patient man with a very good bedside manner! I would also like to mention Gemma, Mr Thomas's PA who was very helpful on the admin side, and again answered many questions.

Mr Kasem has a great reassuring persona - from the moment he confirmed my breast cancer diagnosis to the moment he told me I was now cancer free - he has been nothing but positive, explaining everything about the treatment and the surgery I required. He encourages questions and will do the best for you. I would definitely recommend him. I recovered quickly from surgery with regular check ins with Mr Kasem and must say i am impressed with the way the scar from surgery looks and where it is situated - its not as obvious as i had expected and is very tidy.

The girl who took me to where to get changed wasn't very friendly. Was vague about where to leave my belongings, ledt me in ine with no locker and had no idea if she was coming back or I should go somewhere and got me to go into three different rooms. She forgot to tell me to take my watch off. She asked if i had had an mri before i said yes but i didnt like them. She wasnt then friendly or anything. She was going through the motions. The same when she took me back. Didnt smile or anything really poor and forgot to remind to take my watch

Ms Sammartino explained all that would happen i opted for surgery. She did so in plain terms and has a good "bedside" manner. She allayed any concerns I may have. The process was gentle and relaxed. This was my first operation. On the day of the surgery I saw Ms Sammartino before and after the surgery. She explained what I should, and should not, to aid the healing process. I have healed well and feel back to normal and am pleased with the surgery and the way I was treated.

I had a second cataract operation. Mr tahhan was so polite,helpful and knowledgeable. He put us all at rest especially as I was worried about my parkinsons tremors affecting the operation. I felt so safe in his hands and his staff were so kind and thoughtful. They made sure I was comfortable and safe as I'm a bit unsure on my legs. Never have I had such wonderful treatment in my life. It was brought forward by a few minutes as a result of a telephone call from the receptionist asking me to go for my appointnent asap because I was the last on the list and there had been cancellations. As I was dependent upon a taxi journey of 12 miles I couldn't arrive much earlier than planned. The Doctor and staff saw me immediately on my arrival and I was in there for no than 15 minutes. Excellent service.
