I had an amazing experience with Mr Harley from start to finish. I had an initial video call consultation which was free of charge and helped answer a lot of my initial questions around the process and what to expect. Booking my consultation was incredibly quick and easy and Jennie was very helpful. In my consultation Mr Harley answered all my questions incredibly well and really took the time to explain the process and also help me choose the correct implants. He explained all the different options and really took care to understand what I was hoping to achieve with my surgery. Surgery day itself was also great, the team at McIndoe were all incredibly kind and helpful and the whole team involved in my surgery were incredibly professional and reassuring. I chose to stay overnight following my surgery and was blown away with the quality of care I was given at the McIndoe centre. The food was also great! I was given everything I needed to be discharged and the nurses assured me that I could call if I had any issues following my discharge. The result itself has been incredible and I couldn’t be happier with it, it’s achieved exactly what I was hoping for and even exceeded my expectations. My healing process was incredibly easy and I was back to feeling myself within a few days. I cannot recommend Mr Harley and the McIndoe centre enough. Throughout the process I was put at ease and treated with such care and professionalism, and the result is better than I could have hoped for.

Overall it went well. Manon has a very good communication, fast, clear and efficient. But when she was away, there were issues... These were the problems we've faced when she was away. On our first attempt, we got the results in 3 steps : - email with no attachment - then attachment without password - then we finally could see the result When you're awaiting the result badly, that really gets on your nerves! Then the biggest issue : on our second attempt, we didn't get an email telling us if we should start the triggering drug. We had to do researches ourselves, and gambling if we should to take it or not. We decided to take it, and we were right. To learn on the next day thatt Manon's substitute wrote the email, but did no send it; it was still draft. Great, almost a full cycle lost, with the expenses going with it!!! You definitely need more employees like Manon.

He took the time to explain everything in great detail therefore I had no hesitation in proceeding with the suggested hysterectomy as I knew I was in safe hands. He kept me informed at every stage and the hospital staff and anaesthetists were super lovely and so professional. I started this journey with the NHS whose consultant couldn't have been more rude and dismissive if he had tried! Although I resent having to seek private treatment I had no option but to part with our hard earned savings otherwise I would still be living with excruciating pain and discomfort for years to come! As a 57 year old i needed to have my 20 year old implants removed and replaced......not only were they encapsulated but too large for my body frame lso requiring an uplift ..with lots of info and another consultation decisions were made to replace and uplift...i fully trusted Mr Krupa to make the right decisions during surgery. My surgery was 3 weeks ago today and ive had my final check up and i cant thank Mr Krupa enough. The results are more than I could hope for ....Mr Krupa is an excellent surgeon Thankyou

I would highly recommend Mr. Simon Radley. He is down to earth, gentle and understanding of a very delicate matter. He instantly put me at ease with his care and never rushed. He is professional, thorough, explained what my procedure entailed and answered any questions/concerns I had. He has an excellent bedside manner too. It’s not been long since I had my operation, but I’m hoping the results are successful. Keely (Mr. Radley’s medical secretary) is brilliant - she is very efficient and kept me updated with correspondence. The staff at The Harborne Hospital are polite, friendly and very caring. I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Everything went ok but if I had one criticism it would be I felt that the surgical area was very busy and needed more nurses . I was left in my room with no one coming in for quite a long time and although offered a coffee after the procedure I eventually had to ring my bell and a Dr came and brought me a coffee . Luckily I am not a nervous patient but if I had been there wasn’t enough contact with nursing staff . They’d appear and say they were going to do something and then disappear and not come back .

Happy to answer all questions (and I had a lot) and despite great progress and recovery wanted to see me again in six weeks just to check a small patch of reddening on the scar that might/might not be infection. Wrote a private course of antibiotics to be sure. Also did a first class job with the surgery and even left me a bit of knee cap.

Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.
