I was informed in the email sent for my first appointment that the consultation would take approx one to one and a half hrs maybe more if I was having tests. I saw the consultant and had the tests, this took no more than 10-15 minutes. In my experience of having private consultation I don’t think this was a consultation, I was told someone will call me and give me details of the treatment, I was not given a time or day when this phone call would take place. I tried to ask questions about the treatment but was told they would explain all to me in the phone call. I called next day as I had other commitments the following days and weeks and may have missed their call. I was given the information about the treatment on the phone, I asked if I was paying for this phone call and was told that I would not be charged. I was charged and paid for the tests on the day, after the phone call I later received an invoice for the consultation of £300, so basically I was charged for a phone consultation as I don’t believe I got a consultation on the day that warranted this amount of money. I am really disappointed with this kind of service, I believe if I’m paying for a private consultation I should be given the time face to face so that I can ask questions and understand the treatment that I will be paying for. This was not NHS where you are only allocated a small amount of time, which is why I am so disappointed with this service and the costs which is unwarranted.

I never felt rushed, and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. The diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment plan have made a significant positive impact on my life. The clinic’s approach goes far beyond a standard appointment, it is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of individual needs. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and follow-up care was consistent and reliable.

I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. Couldn’t recommend Dr Jeddy, his team and Spire hospital any more

I had an excellent experience at London Dermatology Centre. Dr Allaa Al Tayeb was extremely skilled and professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the PRP procedure in a clear and reassuring way. She walked me through the different treatment options available, set realistic expectations, and provided detailed after-care advice to maximise results. The procedure itself was very smooth and involved hardly any pain, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. I felt well looked after throughout the appointment and confident in the approach taken. I highly recommend Dr Al Tayeb and the clinic, and I will definitely be returning.

I have had multiple appointments and a procedure with kingsbridge, the administration staff are honestly the worst i have came across. From not being able to get through to messed up appointments it is shocking for what you charge in a private hospital. The reception staff at ballykelly are also horrendous. When visiting the hospital i was standing at the reception desk for 10 minutes before i was attended to whilst the receptionists were cursing and slagging off other staff and patients. I would really hope this feedback is taken seriously because I myself will not be back in kingsbridge as a patient due to the outcome of all of this!

From my first appointment with Dr Jain, things went gery smoothly, he was able to identify my need for surgery quickly and then began to explain the process i would go through clearly and consisely. Dr Jain explained to me in simple enough terms the problem i had, the methods t9 be used to fix it, and then also explained the things i could be doing in preparation pre, during and post op to assist the process. 6 weeks post op, i am very happy with the progress i am making, am clear about what i need to do to ensure full recovery and i have Dr Jain to thank for that. Couldnt reccomend him more.

Mr Dehne, has given me back my life. I needed a total knee replacement after suffering from an accident. He was very thorough in his explanations and examinations. He was extremely kind and thoughtful as I was extremely nervous about the surgery. He put me at ease and I trusted him implicitly. I’m so glad he was my surgeon, I might have to have my other knee done soon and there is only one man I want to have to do it. He is amazing. I’m totally indebted to him. He assessed me and found what was causing my nosebleeds and advised on the options available for treatment which I found helpful. I was able to make an informed decision and agree with Mr Mace on the treatment which was done immediately. The experience was very positive and helpful.

He explained the specific potential complications of the procedure. Mr Shergill’s manner was helpful and polite and not at all patronising. I had ample opportunity to ask any questions. Overall a pleasant consultation.
