I can't recommend Mr. Inzerillo highly enough. I chose Mr. Inzerillo because I found I still had another 6-12 months on the NHS waiting list. As I had the problem explained by my optician and certified by the NHS, Mr. Inzerillo agreed to do my examination and treatment at the first visit which saved me doing a difficult trip twice! He has an excellent manner when making you feel at ease and can explain the problem and treatment in easy layman's words. The treatment was efficiently done and a follow up visit was also a pleasure! I had a query about the drops I was given and typed the query to his secretary on a Sunday, expecting a reply on the Monday. I was astonished to get a reply from Mr. Inzerillo via his secretary on the Sunday! Now that is care! Any future eye problems and I am back to this consultant. I rate him excellent plus.

Mr. Harsum had previously removed a cataract from my eye to my complete satisfaction. This time I suffered a retinal detachment at a weekend. Mr Harsum and his team managed to organise for me to have an operation on the following Monday evening, 'pioneering' (for the clinic) an out of hours procedure at the SEON eye clinic, Kingston. Everybody went out of their way to make the operation go as smoothly as possible and the team at the clinic were first class. I have nothing but praise for Mr Harsum's professional, friendly, approach and for his operating skills. A month on, I am optimistic about completing a good recovery and enjoying satisfactory sight again.

I recently underwent arthroscopy on my knee with Simon as my consultant. I would rate the service I got from Simon as exceptional. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. He is understanding and meets you where you are at fitness-wise, as well as pushing you to the best you can be. Everything went ok but if I had one criticism it would be I felt that the surgical area was very busy and needed more nurses . I was left in my room with no one coming in for quite a long time and although offered a coffee after the procedure I eventually had to ring my bell and a Dr came and brought me a coffee . Luckily I am not a nervous patient but if I had been there wasn’t enough contact with nursing staff . They’d appear and say they were going to do something and then disappear and not come back .

Dr Newman was very thorough and reassuring during the in-person assessment and follow up consultation. He took time to explain complex information in a way easy to understand. I highly recommend him. However there was a lack of clarity between my insurance provider and Dr Newman’s admin team about the excess due, which only became clearly until after the event. I was chased aggressively with late payment fees added. This aspect of the service could be improved to be more transparent up front.

Being a fairly anxious dental patient i was a bit stressed but really didnt need to be as all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful and on the odd occasion that appointents ran late they would communicate this well. Levi my dentist was very calm and professional through all my appointments and put my ease.
