I was treated with respect and companion the staff were very helpful with all the information and explained everything very well.

Consultation was an hour late. When I was seen it lasted around 6 minutes. The consultation Dr was different to the procedure doctor, again spoke to him for approximately a minute before the procedure. Did not see the Dr again after the colonoscopy, given a report and sent home. Told to await biopsy results. GP received letter 3 weeks later saying to start medication. Did not advise what the medication is treating, no specifics regarding biopsy results, no diagnosis, no indication on treatment dosage and length. GP has written back to Endocare to ask for more information and as yet still no response (2 weeks at time of writing). I remain to start treatment and still do not know what has caused symptoms. No onward referrals made, just discharged back to GP. A generally very anxious time as a patient, made no easier by Endocare.
