It all went smoothly and all the staff are more professional

It was my first time at endocare and my experience was excellent given that I was very anxious about the procedure I was going to have. All the staff from reception to nurses to the doctor were very friendly and helpful The only thing I would like to say is on the information sheet that is emailed beforehand could be a little more clear on whether the patient should take or not take their medication, especially any gastrointestinal resistant medication as I was confused whether I should take it or not Other than that I have nothing negative in the slightest to say about my experience

Was the most awfullest and painfulest thing ive ever had done and it still hurts more to this day almost 2 weeks on with no medication to calm or settle bleeding and being in pain and uncomfortable

I attend for two appointments; an initial consultation then an appointment for a procedure. On both occasions I found each and every member of the team I had contact with to be incredibly professional, kind, caring, friendly and approachable which put me instantly at ease
