I was nervous attending as it was the first time I'd had this procedure, but the doctor was really reassuring and put me at ease. He talked me through the procedure before and during, giving me my diagnosis instantly. He also sent a referral to my GP and a local hospital, who contacted me the same day with a date to attend. (Something that would've taken me months). Nice guy, great doctor.
He put me at tease by telling me what was going to happen and when it was going to happen if I needed to know and the nurses was the same as well.
The doctor and nurses were all very professional and explained everything to me.
