I had an appointment at this place. Everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and professional. Thank you.

staff were lovely and it was a very efficient procedure. however, despite requesting sedation, whatever i received must have been far too light. i remember every second of gagging and retching on the endoscope, and the pain in my throat the whole time. i understand that this isn’t necessarily the fault of any individual staff member, but it made what i expected to be a quick and simple experience very traumatic and distressing.

Second exam. BUT my only criticism is when having the procedure, when you have pain there is NOTHING to grab hold of,personally I would fit a grab handle so there's something to grab to eliviate the sharp pain

Really good facilities and staff

Nurses were lovely very supportive and helpful but not in your face, wait time wasn’t long at all, the place was clean and the whole time I was there was very short considering usual nhs wait times. I have no issues at all with the clinic but the surrounding area had water fountains that I feel are unnecessary and a waste of water especially in the current climate. (I’m sure this isn’t a choice of the clinic itself but it really stuck out to me as wasteful when I arrived)
