Everybody was really friendly, informative and I was seen to as soon as I arrived.

I had an appointment for a gastroscopy. Had many of these before in the past and although I knew this was absolutely necessary, I was not looking forward to this procedure. However, the care I received throughout this procedure was exceptional. Receptionist put me at ease to begin with, as did all the staff. The Endoscopist and her team were all brilliant, respectful and caring. Much appreciated. Quality care xx

Considering how nervous I was leading up to the procedure, all the staff helped me to feel safe and calm throughout. They were efficient throughout, and although very busy they continued to be friendly and put my wellbeing first.

Laura Crossley (nurse) was extremely helpful during the procedure. I think without her support throughout the process, I may have panicked. She kept me calm and I appreciated that.

Arrived for my appointment and was seen to straight away everything was explained and I was kept updated throughout my time there the nurses and other staff were absolutely brilliant and could not do enough to make sure I was comfortable,was lovely and clean only moaning would be the parking was not clearly sign posted and was a distance from the building but other than that 5stars and a big thank you
