My appointment was on time and the whole experience was top notch

I had such a relaxed and pleasant experience. All the nurses I met were so beautiful and warm, the team who performed my procedure were caring and patient. Could not have asked for a better experience!

They didn't mind me being a bit early for my appointment, they got me sorted out straight away. Though when my procedure was finished I do feel like I was rushed out the door, after being handed a leaflet to read up on what they found.

Everything was fine except the consultant performed the procedure in a full suit with an apron over it. He was not clear from the elbows down in line with CQC guidelines. I appreciate his suit sleeves were covered by the apron but I have never heard of anyone doing a clinical procedure in a full suit and suit shoes. It does not give me much hope for the cross-infection standards if the practice and the overall cleanliness of instruments if this is how staff dress.
