I really enjoyed my experience there and the nurse was so nice. She was taking care of me every step of the process

Everything AMAZING from reception staff to HCA nurses and consultants only downfall is how fast nurses/HCA rush you after you've had sedation. Not safe for patient. Should wait until patient is fully aware rather than trying to get them to open their eyes and moving so quick after such sedation.

All fine only problem finding correct building and parking, maybe bigger signage?

All the staff, nuses and doctors are very pleasant and friendly. I was put at my ease straight away. Procedures were carried out efficiently.

Proficient, friendly, professional service. Having ga gastroscopy procedure is unpleasant but the staff do all they can to explain and reassure you!
