All the staff are very helpful and friendly and professional especially Elaine is really knows patient care

Wait time for procedure was over 2.5 hours. I was already anxious but this greatly increased my anxiety.

Very welcoming and polite explained whole procedure staff weee friendly and conducted themselves very well

Excellent told me everything what they would do .From reception staff to Nurse. Endoscopy Nurse were looking after while I was having my procedure.

Had to wait dfor almost 2 hours sat in a heavikly aircondition room so was cold and fragile so not great
