I can’t fault it all staff very professional and helpful. There was a delay with the procedure but I think that was because I was to be sedated. However I was constantly being checked directly by the wait and updated so not an issue. Experience was very good.

My appointment was at 12 but didn't get seen until 1.30. It would be good to keep patients updated regarding the delay as they are already anxious regarding the procedure. Other than that an excellent service from all. Thank you 😊

I was arranged for a camera test at this clinic, and I waited for a prolonged period of time. However the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and kind.

I had a great experience. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful when I need to change my appointment. Everything ran to time and I wasn’t waiting around at all. Marvellous all round. Thank you for looking after me.

My appointment was 11.15am, I wasn't seen until 12.30pm, apparently there was no space on the women's side. I do understand that delays happen though and once I did get taken through, I explained that I had to be done for 2pm, as my friend who was bringing me home needed to get the kids from school. They ensured that I was next in line and I was out in time., which I appreciated a lot. All staff were apologetic about the wait and were really friendly
