Endocare Diagnostics

Checking in/registering was quick and easy. I had a Gastroscopy. I decided on sedation as it was my first time having this procedure. Very smooth with the cannula insertion. And not a long wait time. All staff, nurses and the doctor were amazing. Very friendly and made me feel at ease. The doctor was exceptional and was talking to me throughout the whole procedure even though I was a little out of it. Afterwards I got the report on any findings and had to wait around half an hour before I could leave due to the sedative. My experience could not have been better.

EVERYTHİNG PERFECT

I have had this procedure before and did not do well with it last time. This time I thought the nurses were great. Really managed to keep me calm. I was worried going in and was thinking what was all the fuss about coming out. This was due to the doctor and both nurses. Much appreciated

Everyone was so nice and kind and efficient! The lady who prepared me was so kind and very warming which relaxed me.

I knew the actual procedure was going to be extremely awkward. But I managed to stand it as I needed the examination. 2 criticisms of the the visit: Endocare Diagnostics is situated in an office block that is geared for car users. There is very little public transport to the venue. And very inadequate signage and access for pedestrians. - everything is geared to car users. Also, I was given inaccurate medical information about the medication I have been prescribed by the person who took down my medical details. She told me that Lisinopril was prescribed as an anti-depressant, not for high blood pressure. I think this is inaccurate but also inappropriate for her to say so,in these circumstances. Otherwise, from the reception staff to the doctor, all the staff were very helpful.

Quick and easy appointment, with a lot of support from staff

Had consultation on the Friday, was in for my procedure on Monday, rather than waiting months/years on an NHS waiting list. All the staff are really friendly and the nurses and doctors were so reassuring. Everything went really smooth and was so fast. I would definitely recommend.

The service from start to finish was amazing and the staff were amaaing!
