Mr William Breakey

Exactly 1 year ago today I had my rhino-septoplasty. Wow. I never realised the impact it’d have on my life. I was really, really nervous before meeting Dr Breakey as having someone change my face is obviously a very personal experience. As soon as I met him at a pre-op consultation, he immediately reassured me I’d be totally fine, and I instantly felt “this guy is a pro, and I’m in the best hands possible” And I was definitely not wrong!! Fast forward to the morning of the surgery he came to meet me, told me exactly how the day was going to go, and told me he’d be there for me every step of the way. Next thing I know, I’m going into theatre, and waking up a totally new man! Dr Breakey has been there every single day for me since the operation to ask questions about my operation and calm all of my worries - especially the day I banged my nose and rang him very panicked! I truly am so, so grateful for the amazing work he’s done. I finally feel I look how I was supposed to look when I was born. I thought the surgery would help me breathe a little better, and while it has done this, it has changed my whole life. While I always thought I was a confident person, I knew I always felt embarrassed by my crooked nose - trying to hide its shape by wearing glasses. But now, I can be who I am freely without having to worry anymore about how I look. He is honestly, one of the most kind, caring and professional people I’ve ever met, and I can not recommend him more. If there’s someone you should trust with these big decisions… it’s this man!
