After losing 7 stone, I began my surgical journey and met with three different surgeons before making my decision. From my very first consultation, I instantly felt at ease with Mr Baker and knew I was in the safest and most capable hands. My surgery involved a breast uplift and an abdominoplasty with liposuction, despite having previous abdominal scarring. During my initial consultation, Mr Baker took the time to understand my overall goals, whether my weight loss was stable, whether I planned to have any more children, and what the safest and most appropriate surgical plan would be for me. This was followed by a face-to-face consultation, where he assessed me personally and explained the potential outcomes, risks and precautions particularly to ensure good blood flow and healing during the abdominal surgery. On the morning of my first surgery, Mr Baker came to see me personally, completed the surgical markings and made sure everything was accurate. When I woke from surgery, he returned to explain exactly what had been done and what the next steps would be. I also saw Jac, the wound nurse specialist, a week later, and everything was progressing really well. Because my recovery was initially so positive, Mr Baker felt it was safe for me to proceed with my second surgery just eight weeks later. Unfortunately, my body unexpectedly rejected the dissolvable stitches, causing the T-junction to break down and open. Although this was something completely outside of anyone's control, Mr Baker and his entire team were absolutely incredible throughout. They supported me, monitored...

Miss Baker Listens to you as the patient. He Understands your concerns And Provides all scenarios and what would be the best approach for your circumstances. I'm really pleased with How My procedure has Turned out I know there needs to be more time for both breasts to settle but based on what I thought I was facing into before I had my first appointment with Mr Baker to now I'm really really pleased that I chose to see him. He's given me the best solution which is a lot less invasive than I thought I would need and this is really important because of what I've been through in terms of the breast cancer diagnosis. so Helping me get to a point where I'm much happier with my body is priceless
Mr Benjamin Baker is a consumate professional. His empathy for his patients is outstanding as is his surgical skills & knowledge. He is easy to talk to & a great listener. You feel very safe in his hand & very important to him.
Had my follow up visit with Mr Baker who did a fantastic job of my reconstruction surgery last year. Than you so much and thanks to all staff from today’s visit and all through the process.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Explained everything, genuinely cared and I felt that if Mr Baker did not believe that my procedure was right then he would have said so. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Mr Baker.
From my initial consultation to my final meeting to be signed off Mr Baker made me feel completely at ease and I am extremely happy with my final look following my simple bi-lateral mastectomy. I would very much recommend him.
High level of care by kind caring practitioners. Good information about the surgery beforehand. 3 night stay in hospital with good explanations of next steps by physiotherapist. Kind Breast care nurse support by phone a week later. Fantastic results . I now have a new breast similar to the other which is warm and soft. After 9 weeks Ive been told I can return to my normal activities. Nipple reconstruction, tattoo and thigh liposuction as next steps. I couldn’t be happier.
Mr Baker, demonstrates professionalism with attention to detail and care. He listens to your requests and explains all procedures fully. Exceptional surgeon. I am now approaching 60yrs and I had under gone, several tummy surgeries from my mid 30’s, leaving me very scarred and deformed. On top of this, one of breast implants had ruptured. Mr Baker was able to completely modify my tummy scars and replace my breast implants. My new look is astonishing. An amazing service, kind and attentive staff…. I highly recommend this surgeon.
I was seen on time and Mr Baker introduced the other professionals who were present. I felt that Mr Baker listened to me and answered any questions that I had in a way that I could understand. Throughout this process I have felt in safe hands which has reassured me whilst I've had difficult decisions to make. I left the appointment knowing that I waa receiving the best care available.
