From first consultation to the operation and then post-operatively Mr Thomas took great care to explain in detail the procedure, the risks, the risks of not proceeding and the likely things to expect once the procedure was carried out. I felt fully informed. Unhurried and confident I was making the correct decisions. Post operatively the care has been great. I was visited every day including weekend and again the experience was always excellent.

Excellent bedside manner, and explained my condition as well as all treatment options. This included a well rounded and honest approach about the risks and benefits of all approaches and management options. Aftercare and follow ups were brilliant, and my recovery was tracked and any questions were answered promptly.
