The operation appears so far to have been a successful one and my recovery so far has been great. It was a great shame that the operation was postponed twice before hand.

I received excellent care from Rhys from start to finish. He explained everything to me carefully and answered all of my questions, always putting me at ease. I am very grateful for the kindness, warmth and attentiveness received from both Rhys and his secretary Gemma - they both made my experience comfortable and reassuring.

I was referred to Mr Thomas for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, following very painful gallstone episodes. I was put at ease immediately and felt in very good hands at a worrying and difficult time. He was reassuring, informative and compassionate, answering all my questions patiently. His post operative advice was also delivered in a non judgmental and kind manner. I am very grateful to him. His PA has also been very supportive and assisted with my queries and concerns. Mr Thomas delivered exceptional care before, during and post surgery and I cannot thank him enough.

At initial consultation Mr Thomas identified the problem and clearly explained the proposed procedure in a friendly and professional manner. Prior to the operation he explained what would take place in the operation including the entry points and process of a laparoscopic procedure. My experience of the post operation recovery was as expected and uneventful. At the operation follow up visit Mr Thomas explained some points about the operation again in a friendly and professional manner.

I had an umbilical hernia procedure with Dr Thomas and was extremely happy with the medical attention that I received. Dr Thomas was extremely professional and did an amazing job.....no scarring and no infection.
