The Skin Surgery

I have had a wonderful experience with the skin surgery so far. Tracy on reception was excellent with the booking process and made me feel very comfortable upon arrival at my appointment. Dr Shori was extremely clear and helpful during my pre appointment telephone consultation and during the procedure itself Dr Shori and Catherine both did a wonderful job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. I had eight skin lesions removed from my face and back and the local anaesthetic was applied really well. I really appreciated the clear explanations of everything, the opportunity to ask any questions I had and the care that was taken to clean and bandage me up well at the end. Catherine managed to apply much more discreet looking bandages to my face which I particularly appreciated. Am five days post procedure now and healing well. Would definitely recommend to anyone else considering doing this procedure.

I had a cyst removed from my neck, from the first contact to having the stitches out, the process was very efficient, the place is very nice and clean and all the staff are really friendly. The process was thoroughly explained during the procedure plus the aftercare requirements and the outcome is better than expected. Would definitely recommend the surgery. Thanks all!

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was my first time and they couldn't have done more for me to ensure I was at ease and comfortable. A follow up treatment was required, where I received laser treatment, this was painless and delivered great results! Ben makes you feel informed, listened to, and very relaxed during the procedure!
