Everything went very smoothly and I had every confidence in Dr Shori and the wonderful nurse whose name I didn't catch. The procedure was quick and painless.
Mole removed from forehead. Happy with the results so far, a small scab 1 week post op. They redid my dressing after it started bleeding again at home which was reassuring.

All staff were very polite and friendly from the receptionist as soon as I walked in, to the doctor and his assistant throughout the procedure. They both very reassuring and put my mind at ease, as well as answered any questions I had. The procedure itself was quick and painless and I was out much sooner than anticipated, so very efficient!

I was kept informed at every stage by email, and the costs were clearly explained upfront. This gave me confidence from the start and meant there were no unexpected surprises. The procedure itself was completely painless, and I felt reassured by the thorough diagnosis and explanation before the excision. The premises were clean, modern and welcoming, and the whole team made me feel comfortable throughout. I was also given clear aftercare advice and a straightforward explanation of what to expect during the follow-up. Overall, I’m genuinely very pleased with the care I received and, most importantly, with the result. I would happily recommend The Skin Surgery to anyone considering a similar procedure.

Had an initial call with the Dr who evaluated the treatment and subsequent appointment date for procedure was set very easily to suit my diary. Parking was very easy and was greeted by warm and friendly staff in a nice clean but suitably understated practice which told me my fees were not going towards expensive rent! I was whisked straight in and procedure was carried out efficiently and with friendly and attentive care. I attended a follow up review two days later to check and have new dressings. Again service was friendly and efficient. Overall this is a great set up and I would happily go back for other care if ever needed again. Highly recommended!
