Had an initial call with the Dr who evaluated the treatment and subsequent appointment date for procedure was set very easily to suit my diary. Parking was very easy and was greeted by warm and friendly staff in a nice clean but suitably understated practice which told me my fees were not going towards expensive rent! I was whisked straight in and procedure was carried out efficiently and with friendly and attentive care. I attended a follow up review two days later to check and have new dressings. Again service was friendly and efficient. Overall this is a great set up and I would happily go back for other care if ever needed again. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service from booking to the appointment itself. Tracy was fantastic with the booking and with information ahead of the appointment. Dr Gauci was really clear and gave measured advice. He was very reassuring to my 11 year old son and made the whole appointment very comfortable.
Dr Chetan Shori and his colleagues provide an excellent service and I would have no hesitation recommending them!
This was the first time I had treatment here. Even during the consultation everything was explained fully to me. The procedure itself was pain free, methodical and professional and I had complete confidence in it. Dr Shori and his assistant were so reassuring and relaxed.
