Fantastic! I had to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Dr Saxena explained the whole procedure to me in a online consultation beforehand so I knew what to expect. His team liased with the hospital to book the procedure for me. He was a very reassuring presence on the day of the procedures and carried them out in such a way that I felt no discomfort whatsoever. He contacted me as soon as the biopsy results were ready and made arrangements for me to have some follow-up tests very promptly. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr Saxena. I would recommend Dr Saxena to anyone. He has a excellent manner. He is very friendly, patient, understanding and polite. He explained all medical procedures to me before I had them during my consultations. He is very good at explaining things so I was able to understand more clearly what was going to happen. Dr Saxena made me feel very comfortable during my two procedures. On both occasions Dr Saxena explained what was going to happen which made me very calm and continually spoke to me during my two procedures which was very important and helped me to relax.

I first consulted Dr Saxena 5 years ago with gastric symptoms and again this year about a similar problem. On both occasions I felt that he listened well to my concerns and addressed them very clearly. He arranged investigations (gastroscopy on both occasions) promptly and when performing the gastroscopy talked to me throughout the procedure, which I found very helpful and reassuring particularly as I had chosen not to be sedated for it. I felt included in the planning of subsequent treatment and know that I may contact him any time if I have any further concerns. Overall I recommend Dr Saxena for his very caring manner and clinical expertise.

Extremely knowledgeable. Very sympathetic and understanding. Diagnosed the problem straight away without doing lots of unnecessary tests and symptoms are now cured. Highly recommend this Consultant.

It is unlikely that I would be alive today without Dr Saxena. By virtue of his cautious and thorough intervention he made the early discovery of my stomach cancer in 2012. He has continued to monitor my health since then and has helped me deal effectively with numerous subsequent conditions related to the major surgery undertaken at that time. Dr Saxena is kind, understanding and committed to my well being. He is without doubt a specialist Doctor of the highest calibre and I consider myself fortunate to have him as my consultant.

I was referred to see Dr Vishal Saxena in order to have a colonoscopy. From the initial consultation through to having the actual procedure I found him to be extremely thorough in his explanation about the procedure, what he would be looking for and subsequently really helpful with advice about keeping healthy going forward. I elected to have the procedure without sedation which he was happy to do and was very calming whist doing so, keeping discomfort to an absolute minimum. I would recommend his services to anyone needing similar treatments.
