Dr Pannick was fabulous at putting me at ease despite my nerves before and during my procedure. He explained everything fully and also was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. After the procedure, he came to check on me too and explain all his findings. Thank you!

I was extremely anxious before my procedure, but Dr. Pannick's friendly, calm and patient manner helped set me at ease. He listened to me and made everything clear before, during and after my procedure.

Very thorough, and very calming. He prepared me for what was going to be an unpleasant procedure, and was with me and assuring me every single step of the way, from the consultation to the procedure and then the explanation at the end.

OMG it was the best experience. Dr is very calm, very supportive. For endoscopy I was terrified as my past experience with another doctor was not good but the experience with Dr Sam was so easy and soothing. He understood my situation and advice for all the checkup. Highly Recommended. Keep up the good work
