I was very nervous for this procedure , the nurses explained the procedure and gave me a lot of reassurance all would be ok. They checked up on me and very 5-10 mins which was lovely . Dr Pannick once again was lovely and explained the procedure too, this whole procedure assured me that I was in good hands . Overall experience 10/10

Dr Pannick was extremely professional. He explained the whole procedure from start to finish and answered all the questions I had. This was one of the first times I have ever been in hospital as a patient and he made me feel at ease the whole time. He is an excellent doctor and very knowledgable.
