I cannot recommend Mr Robb enough. He’s absolutely wonderful. His bedside manner is wonderful. He’s kind and considerate and listens and understands our concerns and is kind when responding. He uses his own experiences to reassure me and my daughter all is normal and not to worry or be embarrassed which made her feel “normal”. I feel so lucky we found him. I wish all consultants were like him.
Mr Robb saw my 6 year old daughter and was excellent. She was really nervous and he put her at ease with his lovely manner and his knowledge and expertise was very quickly obvious from the way he spoke to us and explained all his tests and thoughts on diagnosis. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Very quick and clear explanation of situation and potential options for treatment or in our case not to treat.
very professional and helpful. Listened to my daughter and came out with a treatment that was none invasive to start with which was welcome
We received a high level of care and good advice for the future.
Our visit to meet Andrew could not have been better in anyway. Andrew was extremely clear and concise in providing help and advice. And completely put us at ease. It was a delight to meet and speak with him. And we are happy that Andrew will be carrying out future treatment.
Mr Robb was brilliant he put us all at ease and answered all our questions
Provided us with clear and understandable responses to our queries and issues, whilst being very caring and endearing towards our child.
Our appointment with Mr Robb was so reassuring. He is so warm, kind and patient and was absolutely brilliant with our 6 year old son. He took the time to explain everything in detail and talked to our son about the procedure and what to expect in an age appropriate way. We were very grateful for his time and professional opinion - it really helped us to understand the options and ultimately reassured us that we are make the right decision.
Mr Robb made us all feel relaxed especially our son. He listened carefully to the history, asked questions and completed only the necessary exam. He then took the time to carefully explain his diagnosis and treatment options. I felt fully informed and aware of the current situation.
