Dr Zarate Lopez was such a kind and helpful consultant. I have spent years having my problems minimized and been reliant of a feeding tube when there are other options for me! I generally felt so understood, respected and validated. She was so knowledgeable and basically explained and deciphered all my previous test results and problems and really validated that my problems were real. I’d been previously made to feel like I had no other options and I just had to wait around to see if I could eat more or told I’d grow out of it. Actually, there is a path forward and I now have a real treatment plan in place. I feel very grateful and I highly recommend her. She told me what I needed to know and she was straight to the point with no beating round the bush about the facts - something that I am unfortunately too used to! She took an evidenced based approach and gave me options. Definitely recommend seeing her especially if you have Ehlers danlos syndrome and feel you are getting nowhere! As a young woman it’s hard to be taken seriously or believed but I now have hope!

I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid, as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

I recently saw Dr Nijjer at his Saturday morning clinic at Cromwell Hospital. I have been under his superb and excellent care since I had an ablation some two years ago. I practice preventative medicine so try to have well woman checks every 2/3 years. Dr Nijjer works in close association with my weight loss doctor at Cromwell and I have successfully lost three stone which is helping my heart health enormously. Dr. Nijjer is so caring, so thorough and doesn't miss one angle and is helping me return to good heart health. He's very detailed and I feel he is my safe port for being the best I can be at 71 years old. I would not trust anyone else with my heart health. He is world class and treats each patient with kid gloves.

Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.

Tim was extremely clear on not only what was happening and what needed to be done to resolve, but also why these things needed to be done. He was also the first person in my care joirney who really listened to my issues and what I felt was causing problems. This led to finding something that was related to what I had been feeling, which had been dismissed on several occasions by the person I had seen previously. I had the best taking blood experience at MUMS. Usually it takes about 4-5 goes of me being pricked with a needle and it’s usually quite uncomfortable but here the doctor really took his time trying to find my veins and kept checking in on my wellbeing. I was only pricked once and it was successful (and no bruising afterwards). I would highly recommend.
