I am currently preparing for a second transfer, and throughout this entire journey, the Professor has been nothing but exceptional. He is incredibly approachable, reliable, and always available. I have been able to contact him at any time of the day, on any day of the week, and he has always been willing to accommodate my needs, including fitting in appointments when needed. His level of knowledge and expertise is outstanding, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately puts you at ease. What truly sets him apart is his constant optimism and positive energy. From the very beginning, he believed in my IVF journey and consistently reassured and encouraged me. This positivity made a huge difference and helped me stay hopeful and confident throughout the process. I am extremely grateful for his care, professionalism, and support.

Dr Nicolo Battisti

It was definitely worth coming for a second opinion and very reassuring to find that our hospital was doing the right thing and providing treatment that Dr Nicolo Battisti agreed with. However we have been to the hospital today for the routine oncology appointment and the results of the PET scan. This showed the cancer is now in the abdomen and the registrar is suggesting we commence with Capecitabine chemo tablets. I would be very interested to find out whether Dr Nicolo Battisti would agree with this decision. I have a week to think about it - would he be able to contact me. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. Their calm and caring approach made a big difference and helped me feel at ease throughout my stay. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Maslin and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking dermatology care. Because of a history of skin cancer on both sides of my family, I try to receive regular comprehensive skin checks to ensure I am aware of any skin lesions that need to be treted or monitored. I had not had a regular check in several years, but Dr. Maslin put me at ease by taking a thorough accounting of my family history and performing a very thorough check, as well as making sure he answered all of my questions. In addition to being highly professional, Dr. Maslin is extremely friendly and personable. I couldn't have asked for a better skin check and feel confident in the evaluation I received.

Had shoulder surgery as a day case, all went really well. 8 weeks later I was still in considerable pain and went for follow up appointment with Mr Jain. He fully explained what had been done to my shoulder and showed me photographs taken during the operation and said that the pain I was in was to be expected bearing in mind how much work I’d had done. His words gave me more confidence to move my arm more than I had been doing and four weeks later I’ve now been signed off and have great flexibility in my arm, most importantly of all pain-free flexibility.

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.
