20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

Overall, my experience was positive. Although there is a long wait for the assessments, the staff were very experienced, thorough, and kind. My only issue was with my first in person appointment for the autism assessment: The assessor was 20 minutes late for the appointment. When I arrived on time I could not access the building so I gave her a call and she said she was on her way. I then waited in my car for 20 minutes. When she finally messaged me and told me I could come inside, she had gone to the bathroom so was not available to greet me. Therefore getting into the building and finding out exactly where I was meant to go was very stressful for me. I felt that this tardiness was a bit unacceptable for an autism assessment, and completely disregarding of the experience of an autistic person in such a situation. The assessor was very nice once we got started but it really upset me and I am sure could have upset someone else who is more severely autistic much more. I felt it was worth noting.

From the very beginning, he has taken the time and shown great patience and professionalism in explaining my diagnosis, medications, and my overall care plan. I’ve always felt listened to, supported, and fully informed. At my recent appointment following the S‑ICD implantation, Dr Sidhu went through the procedure with me again and explained the aftercare in detail. He made sure I understood what to expect during recovery and answered all of my questions clearly, which I truly appreciated. I also know that, if I ever need further assistance, I can contact him by email, which gives me great reassurance. I’m genuinely grateful for the excellent care I’ve received from Dr Sidhu and his cardiac team

Been feeling very unwell, anxious for a few days and by the Friday I realised it may be a UTI or kidney infection. I then panicked realising it would be difficult to get a GP appointment before the weekend. I then remembered I had heard about this new service, went on line, booked a same day appointment, easy, The centre was a little tricky to find but very clean and Professional. Dr Ben was engaging, listened carefully, did a urine dip and basic obs and prescribed antibiotics. For £80 an excellent service, this also took some pressure off the NHS. It has been 2 weeks now, feeling much better and probably avoided a hospital stay.. money well spent. I am myself an NHS worker so was able to get back to work fairly quickly to continue the battle !

I saw the cardiologist as I couldn’t get appointments at my GP surgery. I was really impressed with the whole procedure. The Consultant was wonderful and was able to reassure me. He listened to me and later explained all the results of the tests. He did an Angiogram on me himself which I thought was a great idea as he could see my heart in real time, no report from a technician needed no wait. I had to have bloods taken by Debbie . A very nice nurse . Again I was made to feel comfortable and reassured with my problem. There is a plan in place and I return to see cardiologist again next week. I will definitely use the facility in the future for myself and family. Due to the chaos that is the NHS at present.

Dr Deepan Vyas was absolutely brilliant. He made us feel calm and relaxed from the moment we met him and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He was incredibly empathetic and wonderful with my 3-month-old baby. My son was diagnosed with severe eczema, and I became quite upset during our initial appointment. Dr Vyas reassured me, made me feel supported, and genuinely helped ease my worries. The treatment he recommended worked very well for my son’s body, and we are now discussing how best to maintain the improvement. I have told everyone what a great experience we’ve had with him and truly hope to continue having follow-up appointments with Dr Vyas.

I received useful advice and guidance that helped me better understand the situation and make an informed decision about my health.

Different time slots and sessions or more flexibility. Clearer communication between services and funders. Digital timetable, links and resources could benefit from being clearer/more easy to find. Mixed bag of staff, although the weaker ones did go quite quickly it still felt as though I was a bit of a guinea pig and didn't get as much from those sessions. Core team very caring, compassionate and supportive. Environment is an downside, a shared office building is not the best setting.

pleased with consultant and his diagnosis.not so with the rest of the hospital.toilets broken;no working water urns,had to wait 10 mins for someone to serve me at the cafe and when they did the coffee was tepid;had to wait over 25 mins to be seen by doctor.reception did not know where the nearest bus stop was but they did ask a local employee for me.so medical section of your hospital i cant complain about but the rest of it was poor

I cannot fault my experience, everyone involved in my care and treatment where kind, warm and welcoming whilst still having all the knowledge required to reassure throughout treatment Due to the of my surgery this was very reassuring as at no point did I feel overwhelmed or uninformed I would highly recommend elanic clinic to anyone considering treatment in the future I can’t thank the team enough and I still have healing to do
