Considering i am a private patient very Dissapointed. 1. I was contacted after making the initial appointment asking where i had my MRI scans. I gave the lady all details only to be contacted again the next day stating they could'nt locate them. I then gave them more comprehensive details and was assured if any issues i would be contacted. I attended the practice for the consultation on 27/11/25 only to be told by Mr. Bacon we could not proceed as he did not have my scans. I proceeded to to ask for the pre med tests during which an anneasatist was very rude to me because unfortunatly i have a needle phobea. 2. Prior to the operation i rang to ask that during the operation day is there somewhere for my partner[ ie. in the ward room etc] and informed yes. She was informed on arrival at 6.30am with me that she was not allowed on the ward until 6pm . We had travelled 80miles to the hospital that day. If we had been informed prior too alternatve arrangements could have been made for her.

Dr. Mohssen Chabok

My first consultation with Dr Chabok was in April 2025. He performed an angiography in May, and rather than putting a stent in at the time of the angiography, explained the two options that I had for further treatment. He was of the opinion that a bypass was a better long term solution for me and recommended the surgeon that did the procedure in June. My last follow up consultation was a few days ago. I found Dr Chabok to be very polite, patient, sympathetic and articulate. He answered all my questions in a clear understandable manner. I am fortunate that I have a cardiologist that I will always refer to, and recommend him whole heartedly. Pun intended.

Dr McCulloch and her team are just perfect. They have been providing outstanding care to me for many years now. Dr McCulloch has been following carefully my hormonal health with a holistic approach that pays attention to my overall health, as well as my priorities as an individual. She is extremely professional and prepared, but also caring and understanding of my personal situation as a busy patient with specific views about health and aging (as all patients have). She is really quite exceptional, in my view. Her team has always made it easy for me to book appointments and deal with the practical side of things.

From my initial enquiry about Refractive Lens Replacement surgery, through my surgery and aftercare I have had excellent care from Vision Scotland. Everything was clearly explained and the surgery has left me with the desired result, 20/20 vision with no glasses needed. The only (slight) negative difference here is a greater need for good light when reading at night or close work. The procedure was pain free and I have had no complications. I am looking forward to enjoying the results for (I hope) many years to come. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.

Went to Prof Zoe for consultation after a DCIS diagnosis. I was so impressed with her knowledge, experience and guidance. After seeing all my scans and diagnostics she guided me through my type of cancer and what the outcomes should be and gave me help and advice on the things I needed to ask and clarify back to my NHS team . I would highly recommend a consultation with the Prof ..she for me is the best in her field. Additionally she has a wonderful and caring practice manager Jenny who is amazing ..a wonderful help and support you get is first class

The staff that dealt with me on the day were amazing. Very nice and made me feel comfortable. There was a slight issue with the connection for the headphones but they quickly resolved it and made me feel comfortable again. The lady who showed me to the room is made for that job :) unfortunately after I did have to chase a few times for my results imagining were trying to be helpful however a receptionist I was put through to was very rude, undermining and probably one of the worse receptionist I’ve come across in a long while.

Total right hip replacement, felt reassured before, during and after the surgery. Tony was honest about the surgery and totally professional but the outcome has exceeded expectations I feel like a new person. Please put any doubt aside about this surgery, it’s gonna be tough for two weeks but once you reach the other side of that you have cracked it, and after six weeks you won’t believe the journey you have been on. Do the exercises as much as possible, keep moving on those crutches and look forward to a better life.

Extremely disappointed with Harley Mind Care. Terrible patient communication, no accountability for mistakes made, I had to chase up and argue regarding every appointment for my daughter. Assessment appointment was cut short and when I raised a complaint to my insurance company Harley Mind lied about this. I do not feel my child was given adequate opportunity to discuss her concerns that led us to seeking an assessment in the first place. I would not recommend this clinic.

I received my appointment very quickly, the staff were professional and friendly and I was kept informed about my upcoming appointment. I have attended Methley Park on numerous occasions and always received very excellent service, friendliness, the hospital is very clean and I have received and been kept upto date with my upcoming appointments, excellent Hospital and Consultant.

Dr. William Eysenck

Went in for atrial fibrillation ablation procedure. Couldn't have gone better went in slightly late but whole procedure was very smooth. I felt fully informed of what was going on and in safe hands all the way through. Came out the other side with very little pain or discomfort and feel very confident that this procedure will be a success, even though I am aware and have been informed that it's around 70-80% in reality. Overall can't fault Dr. Eysenk at all

Mr Daniel Williams

I was referred to Daniel with a broken scaphoid that had been treated negligently by the NHS and was on pretty bad shape. From the first moment he reassured me that he could get a best possible case outcome, and detailed exactly what was needed both in terms of treatment and from myself to ensure proper healing. The treatment it's self went well, I felt in the loop at all times and I am incredibly pleased with my recovery. Daniel is a master of his craft.

We saw dr Pradeep in her clinic today with our son and we have been seeing her since he was a baby so really good to have the consistency. Dr Pradeep explained our plan of what to do with our son for 3 different things. Was clear on each Individual thing we had to discuss and we have a plan of action going forward and a follow up for 6 months but Jae to wait for that to come through and to wait for an appointment for his skin prick test

The care shown by the whole team, from the Anaesthetist, Consultant, Theatre team, Nursing staff, to the lovely ladies who delivered tea and biscuits, was exemplary. I felt very cared for by everyone who was part of my admission, which made a stressful experience so much easier. A particular shout out to the lovely Donna, who went above and beyond with her kindness and support. Thank you Spire, you felt like a very safe pair of hands.

The admin side of things was a bit bad. Had the wrong shoulder down for surgery and even though said it would be changed still had the wrong shoulder listed on day of surgery. Unfortunately I am in the process of compiling an official complaint regarding the nurse I had on the day of my surgery, worst nurse I have ever had in my 52 years on Thai earth. Truly awful and needs to be removed from the ward.

I have just got home from having my ears cleaned out by Toby, i slways enjoy my visits to have the treatment, Toby is very gentle and caring and I would recommend Meadows and Wood to anyone with wax ptoblems and hearing aid care - my son visits Worle and two friends go to Portishead also on my recommendation - I have been looked after for about 3 years now and am very happy with the service.
